I woke up a few minutes before my alarm went off, I groaned and rolled out of bed. I turned off my alarm and got dressed in my running clothes. I grabbed my water bottle and walked outside.

I turned on some music and started jogging, I let the music wash over me. I started gaining speed as I let my focus wander, soon the serum running through my veins took over.
I was a blur, I've always loved running even before the serum it's always made me feel free. By the time I had come back to myself I realized Steve was running with me. I pulled an earbud out of my ear and looked over to him.
"Hey, Steve!" I said grinning. "What's up dragon?" He said keeping pace with me. "Just going for a run before I head over to S.H.I.E.L.D." I said. "You need a ride?" Steve asked pushing his blonde hair out of his eyes. "Uh sure." I said taking swig of my water.
"Okay what time do you need to be there?" Steve asked. "Noon." I said. I looked at my watch to see that it was almost ten.
I started slowing down, jogging again. "I should probably head in to shower and stuff." I said walking off the track and back to the compound.
"Alright, I'll be waiting for you in the living room!" Steve yelled waving and continuing to run. "Okay!" I yelled walking into the compound and closing the door. I sighed and headed into the kitchen.
I searched through the fridge and came up with some rice and beans. I'll make a burrito bowl, I decided. I grabbed the rice, beans, cheese and some ground chicken that I found. I threw it all into a bowl then out that in the microwave.
I threw two cups of water into the other microwave and got out some tea packets. Once the microwaves were done I pulled out my food and the teas and sat down at the counter.
I sat the teas in-front of me as a sleepy Natasha stumbled into the kitchen sitting next to me. I pushed one of the teas in-front of her with the side of my hand. "mm, thanks." Nat mumbled. I hummed in acknowledgement.
I finished my food and put my dishes in the sink, I walked past Nat and patted her on the back. I continued my mission to my room, where I stripped and took a super quick shower.
I hopped out and wrapped a towel around myself, I went to the sink and brushed my teeth, hair and put on some light make-up. I walked out to my closet and threw on some jeans and a t-shirt.
I looked at my watch to see that it was 11:30. I threw my hair into a high pony-tail, slid on my vans and walked out to the living-room.
I saw Steve waiting for me with my helmet tucked under one arm. He threw my helmet at me, not even looking at me. I of course caught it, what kinda mini super soldier would I be if I hadn't?
I walked over to him and gave him a quick hug, he wrapped his arm around me and picked me up slightly. He grabbed his keys off the hook and we walked out to his bike.
He climbed on and I climbed on after him, putting on my helmet and wrapping my arms around his waist. He started the bike and we took off towards S.H.E.I.L.D headquarters.
~~~Time Skip~~~
We pulled up in-front of S.H.E.I.L.D and I hopped off the bike Steve was going to go to the Smithsonian, so he rode off. I walked into the building, getting many greetings.
I went in to the elevator and pushed the intercom button. "Hello, how may I help you today?" The AI said "(Y/n) Maria Stark, here for a meeting with director Fury." I said.
"Okay Ms. Stark." The AI said. I felt the elevator shift and music started to play. The elevator stopped a few times letting people on and off but I eventually reached Fury's office.
I pushed open his door and walked in. "Hello, Uncle Nick." I said. My uncle looked up form his desk and glared at me with his eye.
"Still haven't learned how to knock I see." He drawled sarcastically. "Nah, I learned how to do that a long time ago, I just choose not to sometimes." I said jokingly.
He chuckled and closed the book he was reading "Well now that your here we may as well discuss your training." he said. I grinned and took a seat at his desk, "Yes let's." I said.
"You know Sam has been looking for Bucky Barnes, yes?" Fury said folding his hands together. "Yes?" I said furrowing my eyebrows. "Well I want you to start helping him with his search."
Fury said leaning forward. My eyes widened, "Okay!" I said standing up quickly. "There are some conditions though." He said. I groaned but sat back down. "what kinda conditions?" I asked.
"You can't tell anyone about this, other than Sam and Steve." He said. I exhaled loudly, and closed my eyes. "That's understandable." I said opening my eyes. "Not even your dad." He said. "Okay got it." I said.
"Okay." He said standing up and pushing his chair in. "Let's go see that Hydra agent I was telling you about." He said grabbing my hand and pulling me after him. I stood and quickly followed after him.
~~~TIME SKIP~~~
After four elevator trips and a couple flights of stairs we finally reached the cells. We walked down a couple, yards and came to a stop in-front of a cell with a man.
The cells were sound proof on the outside so he couldn't hear what we were saying. However he could see us. "So you should know why I brought you to this specific man." Fury started.
I looked at him in wonder. "Thomas Jackson, AKA the invisible man. Has the power to turn himself and whatever he is touching invisible." I had a feeling I knew where this was going now.
"I want you to mimic his powers, that is if your willing to." he said. Called it, I thought. I took a moment to think about it, It could have it's pro's. I'd be a lot stealthier in my training and could avoid the paparazzi.
"Yeah, sure, why not." I said shrugging. "Excellent."He said pressing a button on the wall next to the cell. The mans handcuffs suddenly tightened and injected him with some kind of liquid.
He was soon immobilized and fury opened the cell. I walked in and squatted down in-front of him, I pressed my hand to his chest and soon the familiar pain filled my body and my body started flickering in-and-out of view.
I grunted through the pain, I clenched my fists and bit my tongue drawing blood. The pain stopped and I stood up, I spit the blood into the trash can and fury opened the door letting me out. Fury pulled me into a hug, and patted my back.
"Thanks kid. You're gonna kick some ass, I just know it." He said letting me go. I grinned. "what do I tell my dad when he asks about this?" I asked.
"You can tell him the truth if you want." Fury said I looked to the ground and nodded slowly. "Well Steve's probably here so I should head out." I said.
"Alright see you later kid." He said walking me back up through the building. "Bye!" I yelled running out to where I saw Steve. I ran, and jumped onto the back of Steve's bike and we took off back to the compound.
