The world has changed.

1946. After World War II and the Manhattan Project, a miracle happened in the Chinese city of Qingqing.

A little girl was born, her body glowing. The whole world was shocked by this phenomenon.

After the little girl, other children began to have these strange phenomena.

These phenomena began to be called «superpowers», then «quirks/koseis».

In the beginning, there were few people with quirks. In addition to being amazed, people also had a fear of them. Because of this, people with quirks were discriminated against, and worst of all.... hunted and experimented on by scientists.

Starting in the 1994, people with quirks began to be treated well. In fact, they became so numerous that 45% of the world's population was queer.

Quirks helped people develop in the fields of science, medicine, art and so on. Thanks to them, new advanced technologies began to appear. They found new cures for deadly diseases. Also with their help they are now colonizing the Moon and Mars for scientific purposes.

No one still knows how the quirks came about. Religious people think they are a gift from God, and scientists think they are either a mutation, a virus, or human evolution.

With the advent of quirks also came an increase in crime.
