Was the first thing Lucille heard, she looked confused looking at her mother, as her heartbeat raised
"What does she mean... Share her?"
Lucille turned to Astrid with teary eyes, as she spoke in a low voice
"What do you mean"
"Did they not tell you? Sigurd has been sleeping with Margrethe"
And that was the final straw, her heart shattered as she turned to Margrethe, who looked terrified at the woman who was staring down at her, Lucille turned back to Sigurd who wasn't meeting her gaze, Lucille looked down at her feet not responding, as she stormed off with teary eyes
Lucille reached the grounds, and she fell on her knees on the stone, before she crawled to the stone bench getting in a praying position in front of a tree as she burst out in tears
"Odin... What did I do to deserve this? I've given you all my prayers... But why- Why!?"
Lucille yelled as she cried on the stone bench, before hearing her dragon cry as well, flying towards her trying to comfort her when the dragon leaned in to touch her, something... Inside of her snapped, as she backed up feeling the fire in her blood, the fire roaming to Kattegat before she knew it, screams could be heard from the town, as she got on her dragon yelling
"DRACARYS"
Was all the dragon needed, before flames were on the ground and houses, she got off the dragon letting the dragon flame the town out, she grabbed her shield and sword, stabbing anyone from Kattegat, before she ran to her mother, as she heard the horn blow, her dragon flew to the Kattegat soldiers and burned half of them, their screams of pain running out, as their crisp body fell on the ground dead, as half of them were killed by the arrows
Evalina held the crying twins, as Aslaug turned to them with pity, running to them and hugging them
"Mother..."
Aslaug hushed Diantha and Dorian, as she kissed her children's head
Aslaug held the sword as she walked out, with her children following her
Diantha watched in fear, as Aslaug taunted Lagertha, Evalina held them as they cried into her
"All I ask is you let me leave in peace with my children, to go wherever the gods decide, and you shall have your heart and home with my blessings... And my sons when they hear how it was done, they will be grateful for the manner of it... And not seek revenge"
"I understand"
Lagertha made a way for her to walk, Evalina grabbed the twin's hand and walked first Aslaug thanked Lagertha, before following the children, Evalina heard the arrow pierce, as she turned to Aslaug smiling and falling to her knees as she fell onto the ground dead, she breathes heavily, as Diantha let out a shrieking scream, hiding behind Evalina, Evalina held the twins tight as the guards tried to take them away, as Lagertha approach them, Evalina grabbed the knife from her waist stabbing the guard, before running to Lagertha to aim for her, Lagertha held her arm as Evalina looked at her hurt
"You may have won Kattegat, but remember the Gods would look down on you Lagertha, that you included children in this war!"
The twins watched in fear, as their sister was seized to the ground crying
Evalina was in a cabin, as she cried softly, bruises on her arms and blood dripping from her mouth before Ubbe and Sigurd were forced into the cabin, Sigurd's eyes widened as he ran towards her
"Sister..."
"That cunt..."
Ubbe mummer in anger, as the twins were in the corner trying to keep themselves busy before Evalina spoke
"Mother's gone-"
"We know..."
Sigurd said holding Evalina close to him, Evalina still crying in pain as she held close to her brother like the child she was, her pregnant bump getting in the way, Sigurd hushed her a bit, the twins looked a bit worried, but kept their tongue in their mouth
In the evening, Evalina put the twins to sleep, as she rubbed her stomach, Sigurd and Ubbe talking about Aslaug, before Maizarine walked in holding a tray of herbs and cloth, she looked at Ubbe who was looking at her, before she walked towards him, and gave him a cup of tea
"It helps to swallow the pain away.."
Ubbe drank the whole thing, as Maizarine cleaned his wounds, Sigurd looked at the floor before the twelve-year-old Diantha spoke
"Cissy-"
Evalina looked away from the conversation, as she hushed Diantha back to sleep, Evalina stared at the twins, as she held her pregnant stomach, which reminded her that she was a mother at a young age... She was already a mother when the twins were born, she was always their mother, the one who fed them, the one who read stories to them like a mother should, not like Aslaug did, all she did was baby Ivar, although she was only a few years older than Ivar... She still loved him, so that is why when Ivar came back in the morning, Evalina ran towards him and hugged him, as she was shocked that he was unharmed, Sigurd walked towards Lucille who held Windsor, Sigurd held his son, he kissed Lucille softly, before walking off with his siblings
In the cabin, Ivar was devastated once he found Lagertha had killed Aslaug, all Ivar could think of was speaking Lagertha's blood on his blade, and taking Kattegat into his own hands, Ivar continued to cry from devastation, as none of his siblings did nothing, as they haven't felt they're mother's love, expect for Evalina's love
