Important Figures in Arcadia
There are Arcadians/Foreigners who play important roles in assisting the security of the kingdom and ending the Arc Civil War. They're awarded the highest awards by the ruling monarchs and often serve the Arc Royal Family as a part of their units or personal assassins.
Often these units intervened in the affairs of the Four Kingdoms so that the secrecy of Arcadia remained a secret, and often, they were from different universes.
