Her Return

The plan

Rachel never died. she escaped. With Nathan's help. Because He fell in lust with her. Once Rachel was fully awake and Mr Jefferson was gone back to the school to carry on with his "lessons", Nathan was alone with Rachel in the dark room. Rachel couldn't believe that Nathan would do something like this until he explained everything to her. He felt terrible for Rachel as he was slightly obsessed with her and didn't want Jefferson to cause her any more harm so he decided to come up with a plan to fake her death. Rachel wanted to escape so she went along with it. Nathan had a feeling that it would make Rachel forgive him but she still felt uncomfortable near him. It seems she needed some time away from Nathan even if she did feel sorry and had sympathy for him. When Jefferson came back he saw Nathan having a panic attack, when Jefferson was asking what was the problem he says that he had drugged Rachel but now he thinks that she isn't breathing. Mr Jefferson rushed over to check on Rachel and is tricked into believing that Nathan gave her an accidental overdose. Mr Jefferson is pissed off, so he ends up drugging Nathan himself and takes Nathan and Rachel to the junkyard and takes a photo of them together. He took everything with him except a body bag. When Nathan fully recovered from the drugging, it was late at night and Rachel was awake waiting for him to get up. Rachel was truly an amazing actress. They didn't expect their plan to make a turn for the worse. Nathan used his phone flashlight and saw the body bag, he knew exactly what Mr Jefferson wanted him to do with it. He wanted Nathan to bury Rachel. Nathan got a text from Mr Jefferson 30 minutes ago when he was passed out. "You killed her so you bury her, this has nothing to do with me." Now that Nathan knew that Mr Jefferson was gone, he told Rachel that he would give her more than enough money to leave Arcadia Bay. Still, it would be best to leave without telling anyone, including Chloe. Since she has already been reported missing for a few weeks now, and if she just randomly appeared out of nowhere they would ask questions. It didn't make it any better that her dad was the district attorney. Rachel agreed with Nathan. Nathan gave Rachel a few spare clothes and shoes her sister left behind since she can't go back home and then she leaves Arcadia Bay. She decided to go by bus, even though it was a 70-hour journey, it didn't matter to her as long as she was as far away from Jefferson as possible.
