Cooking up a storm

Part 11

November 8th
Abigail's POV
It's been a couple weeks since Maya left and went back home and I'll admit I do miss her but I'm glad I'm the aunty that can give the kids back, safe to say I'm not ready for kids of my own JUST yet but definitely in the future.

It's also been a couple of weeks since me and Alessia admitted our feelings to each other and it's been going extremely well if I do say so myself, we've been taking it at Alessia's pace which I'm more than happy to do I just want her to feel safe and comfortable with me and I really feel like she is, speaking of we've been staying over at each others houses a lot like last night I stayed at hers and here we are, me awake going between scrolling on my phone and staring at the sleeping blonde beauty. I've come to realise just how must she loves her sleep as I'm usually awake before her most mornings which I kind of like because when I wake up I can still feel her on next to me or pretty much on top of me cuddling into me like she is today, I decide to let her sleep a bit longer as today is the day the England girls meet up for another England camp which oddly enough I've been invited to attend this time due to a staff member being ill and I was recommended to Sarina and the team from a staff member, it may sound weird a Scottish person going to work in the England camp but I had to think less about the fact I'll need to wear the England badge and think more about the experience I'll gain since I'm not only helping with the nutrition side I'll be helping with personal training plans as well, side note I'll get to see my friends and spend more time with Alessia. The players are meeting at SGP tonight at around dinner time so the international club players have time to travel but I'll drive down before then so I can meet Sarina and the staff properly before the chaos ensues.

After about half an hour I get hungry so I decide to make Alessia and I breakfast in bed as a nice little moment since we won't really get a minute to ourselves over the next week or so. I manage to sneak out from under her and replace myself with a pillow which makes her stir a little bit she doesn't wake up thankfully. I manage to find everything I need in her kitchen which took longer than I would like to admit and I made us pancakes and fruit and then some porridge that the fruit can go with as well, I didn't know what she'd be in the mood for when she woke up so she can choose what she wants and I'll have the other since I surprisingly like both options, I also make us each a smoothie since I know she loves a smoothie (perks of being a nutritionist at your girls club). I get all the stuff on a tray and make my way back up to the bedroom I nearly fall flat on my ass trying to open the door quietly but I am able to keep my composure and not spill the tray over I get the door open only to see Alessia sat awake on her phone she looks up at me smiling and laughing
"Well good morning to you too darling what are you laughing at I'm trying to be all cute here" I laugh with her and set the tray on the bed
"No this is adorable I heard you tripping opening the door babe" I'll never get use to hearing that from her
"How long have you been up then"
"Not long I woke up and you weren't there I thought you'd went to the bathroom or something but here you are with a full spread"
I giggle
"Well i thought a little breakfast in bed would be fun since we won't get all that much time together just the two of us at camp" she just smiles and leans over to give me a kiss after a few seconds we pull away and I just stare at her like a love sick puppy
"What are you staring at"
"You, I am simply in awe of you every. single thing. about. you" she blushes and looks down
"Right this breakfast deserves a photo"
"You just wanna make the girls jealous of the lovely food I make you at home" I laugh
