(Tokyo, Year: 2012)
In a mansion not too far from Tokyo, a blonde women was going through the files of recently closed white room. She was happy that they succeeded the mission but she wanted to reconsider her decision regarding the reveal of white room. She had a better idea which will be good for the children. Her thoughts were interrupted when someone knocked her door,
"Come in..." she let them in,
"Good afternoon, Kiyomi." the blonde women's assistant greeted with a smile, "Everything is set for tomorrow's press meet."
Kiyomi gestured her to sit and Aoi obliged, "Cancel the press meet, Aoi." Aoi was surprised, "What...Why?" she asked,
"I've got a better idea which will be good for the kids." Kiyomi said,
"But, what will you tell to Kijima-sensei?" Aoi asked,
"I'll talk to him. What about the kids, did you find their parents?" Kiyomi wondered,
"Yes, for the most of them and for the children whom we didn't find the parents, we joined them in orphanages."
"What about these three?" Kiyomi showed three kids photo to Aoi,
Aoi looked at the photos, "Yuki, Shiro and Kiyotaka huh, just a minute, Kiyomi."
Aoi searched her documents about them, "Yes, we did find Yuki's parents but we didn't find Shiro's parents." Aoi answered,
"What about Kiyotaka?" Kiyomi rested her head on her hand thinking about something, "Well, you know about his father. We found his mother but she didn't want to take him." Aoi frowned, "...and she wasn't nice about it, Kiyomi, I don't like that women."
"She really ticked you off huh, you rarely get that angry." said Kiyomi,
"I'm sorry, so, why do you wanna know about these three?" Aoi asked in confusion,
"I want to adopt Kiyotaka and Shiro, of course if only they both agree." Kiyomi announced,
Aoi widened her eyes, "You want to adopt Ayanokoji Atsuomi's son? you think your brother will agree to that? Also, you still have a good age, you could start a new life with someone good, you really want to adopt two 12 year old's?" Aoi raised a good question,
Kiyomi understood her concerns, "Aoi... I'm a 30 year old widow, when my husband died, I was devastated. I felt like I lost everything in my life. Two years later, everyone told me I should move on and I tried dating again but I couldn't find anyone. Everytime I go to home, I feel so lonely. He and I always wanted kids, and..." Aoi was concerned when she saw tears on Kiyomi's eyes, "...he died when we decided to start trying to have kids, I don't want to get pregnant now, so adoption it is. Getting a romantic partner is not the only way to cure loneliness. I'll give these kids the love they deserve." Kiyomi said with a sincere smile,
