"...Yes." Norman awkwardly answered, avoiding his gaze and looking away altogether. "Yes, he did. He...He attempted to s-strangle her. I-I might not have b-been awake to witness it a-at the t-time, but...but t-the others t-told me about it after I-I'd woken up."
"Oh, way to throw me under the bus, kiddo." Chucky mocked with a condescending smirk; sounding smug and entertained all in one go as he simply just stood there.
"I knew it. I fuckin' knew it. I knew he'd try something at some point or another." Stu replied angrily, moving towards the doll and immediately blaming him.
"Woah, woah, woah, now wait just a second...! It was...It was self-defence, that's all...!" You defended Chucky in return; nervousness flowing from your tone as you stopped Billy and Stu from attacking the opposite killer. Fortunately, you didn't have to stop Michael and Norman - Michael moving back into the corner of the living room to stalk you while Norman glared at almost everyone.
"Oh, really now?" Billy questioned hotly, narrowing his eyes and getting ready to strike up a second conflict. "Because something tells me that that WASN'T just "self-defence"."
"What, do you WANT me to TELL you it wasn't? Because I can TELL you that it wasn't, if that's what you'd like to hear. Asshole." Chucky fired back at him fiercely, gritting his toylike teeth as his mood swung from patronising to pissed-off within mere moments.
"Or you can ALL keep acting like pricks." You pointedly retaliated, entering the conversation once more before shutting the four of them down. "I - personally - don't care about what anybody's problem is. So if I don't have one, then none of you should have one. Understand...?"
"M-M'...kay..." Norman mumbled in a moody manner, sounding incredibly sulky whilst he looked over to the side. Honestly, it was almost as if he was a little kid being scolded for the first time. To tell you the truth, it even made you feel genuinely guilty.
"Hey, why don't you...write another list of activities for us to do together, later on next week...? I could really use your help with that, considering my free time is rather limited these days." You lied to the dark-haired male soothingly, leaving the living room so you could head towards the kitchen and begin cooking lunch.
"R-REALLY...!? You...You R-REALLY...want MY help w-with that...A-AGAIN...!?" He exclaimed with excitement, his expression brightening up as soon as you'd given him that cute and childlike chore to complete.
"Mmhm...! I sure do." You affectionately announced, finding his clapped hands and calmed-down state to be lightly adorable. "So why don't you get started with our ideas while I get food ready...?"
