The members were gathered in their living room, Jungkook and Taehyung sitting in front of each other, their opposite hands clasped tightly on the small table in front of them. It was a tense moment as the other five members were waiting, their eyes focused on their hands. They were arm wrestling.

It was obviously evident that Jungkook would win, but even then, everyone was cheering for Taehyung because defeating the muscle bunny was so much fun.

"Okay, one, two... and three!" Jhope counts and both wrestlers make a perfect show of strength for next 45-50 seconds, and then... "Hawww..." the voice of disappointment echoes in the room.

"Not fair! You guys don't ever want me to win!" Jungkook whines, despite being the winner of the game.

"Uri Jungkookie won! Yeah, Congratulations!" Jimin ruffles his hair, winking at Taehyung at the same time as he was the loudest one cheering for him earlier.

"Isn't it Jimin's turn now?" Yoongi smirks. "Get ready to lose within 3 seconds!" He chuckles making others laugh at Jimin's pout.

Jungkook laughs softly. "Don't be so sure, Jimin hyung is trained too." He says with a playful smile. Jimin looks at him with a little smile, happy that he always takes his side.

"Don't wanna lose after you guys hype me up so much." Jungkook continues, chuckling. Jimin boastfully places his elbow on the table, gripping Jungkook's hand. "We'll see about that!"

"I would feel so sad if I brutally defeated this small hand..." Jungkook mocks, his thumb stroking Jimin's hand.

Jimin scoffs, but his cheeks turn a little pink at the warmth of Jungkook's gentle touch. Their gazes lock, and they keep looking into each other's eyes.

"Okay! One... two... and three!!!" Jhope shouts, and they both focus on the game. Jungkook has a small smile on his face as he sees Jimin exerting so much force to push his hand down.

Jimin smiles happily when he sees how Jungkook's hand is almost down, but suddenly Jungkook tightens the grip on Jimin's hand and defeats him within a few seconds with ease.

"Booooooohhhh." He hears the sound of disappointment again and sees the members retreating to their rooms from his peripheral vision.

But his focus is fixed on Jimin's hand. He rubs his red knuckles lightly with his thumb, "I'm sorry... Does it hurt, hyung?" He brings his hand closer to his mouth and blows air on it.

"It's alright I'm fine..." Jimin says, ignoring the flutters he feels inside, a familiar sensation he brushes off.

Jungkook notices the change and releases his hand, watching Jimin's cheeks flush. He clears his throat. "It's always easy to win against you."

"Excuse me! You are younger, so I let you win! •᷄ɞ•᷅ " Jimin pouts.
"Really? Wanna play another round?" Jungkook smirks.

Jimin looks away with a huff, his pout deepening. "Go sleep you little kid!" He stands up from his seat, heading back to his room.

Was it Jimin's delicate features – his small face, tiny button nose, or the way his lips curved into a pout? Jungkook's thoughts were accompanied by a cheeky smile, and as he pondered, his breathing grew heavier. He placed a hand on his chest, feeling the erratic rhythm of his heart.

He was aware of the way his gaze lingered on Jimin's lips during conversations, and how his ears would flush with heat when he realized he was staring, but couldn't look away.

Perhaps if he had looked into Jimin's eyes, he would have seen the same spark of fondness and nervousness that he felt himself.
