His mother died at the age of 10 and his father continued to be abusive towards him until he was 18. Originally michikatsu's father wanted to put yoriichi for adoption because he was an abnormal child, he didn't cry at birth and had a plain expression on his face at all times but the mother insisted. Michikatsu helped yoriichi with expressing his feeling and on one day when they were 6, yoriichi scored very well for his exams and became the top student in his first year. This made their father very happy of course and started to play favorites. Michikatsu would often be the one beaten and compared to his brother which made him grow jealous and hated his brother. Yoriichi ended up on TV for such an amazing academic performance he started to get cash prizes from the government. Michikatsu was also on TV with yoriichi. The reason why he uses the name kokushibo is because he didn't want people to come up to him just to talk about his brother and how he can give them connections to hangout with yoriichi. So technically he uses a different name to avoid conversations like,
"omg!! Ur yoriichi's brother right?!? Michikatsu? It must be awesome having yoriichi as your brother! "
Or
"Omg you're Michikatsu right?! Can you tell yoriichi I'd like to hang out with him more? He's so cool! " ----------------------------------------------------

When he was born his parents were fond of his odd features like his rainbow eyes and blonde hair. At age 4 they made a cult by showing Douma off to others but it was quickly taken down by the police. The police took all the funds from the cult and they we're left with nothing. So they tried again and showed Douma off on the internet and a modeling company approached them and wanted to use douma as a model even though he was 8. They obviously agreed and used gave Douma to the modelling company as long as they get money. Soon enough they became loaded and famous, Douma became a celebrity with the title of 'dream boy' because of his dreamy and cute looks. His mentality is that 'as long as I can make them happy it's good enough' (people pleaser) type of thinking. The cult lasted 4 years of people worshiping Douma as God and pouring adult burdens on him and the modeling job continued for 5 years. Douma persuaded to stop modeling and wanted to try going to school like a normal kid. It took a while but the parents agreed and Douma practically became a school celebrity as well. As long as he had good grades he can continue this life which he so desperately wanted so he kept studying and being a good kid. Until age 18 when he started to hide things from his parents like partying, drinking and vaping/smoking. ---------------------------------------------------- Age: 22
