DanavaLoka

"Rajakumari!" Sachi glanced out at her handmaiden who arrived, her tone hushed as she tried it inform her something in a concealed manner.

The evening took over the reins of the sky, and Sachi was back in her chamber, awaiting for something that had been bothering her since the day she reached out to her Pitamaha to inform him of something that was absolutely necessary for him to know, and something that would keep her at minimal required peace for she felt that she was aught to take the responsibility of keeping her grandparent at ease.

"Tell me, what is it?" Sachi softly questioned, shifting her determined brown eyes back onto her handmaiden, and the latter strode froward, her head bent down.

"Kumari, Vismayaa's note had just arrived. She mentioned that she is trying to arrive soon, but with all the commotion regarding DaityaRaja's arrival in DanavaLoka, her regular path is not a great way to arrive. She decided she would take the secret entrance to your mansion, and wanted to let you know that you have no reason to feel worried about her delay. She would be here soon!"

Sachi nodded at her companion and as she left the chamber, her eyes fell as the realisations of the troubles that came along with her mission seeped into her.

Despite being able to understand that there were sinister ideas pivoting in her family's minds, she hadn't expected Hiranyaksha's arrival to her home, and that made her plans  more harder to execute.

She knew she had to keep her confidence and determination sturdy now, and Sachi decided that would be exactly what she would do now, but the worry was not too unimportant to ignore.

Glancing out of her window again, she sighed deeply, her features betraying the anxiety that she was trying to suppress.

"Prabhu Shankara, may everything go fine, and may Vismayaa return safe! She is fulfilling her responsibility for the sake of righteousness, and may that very righteousness keep her safe and fine!" Sachi prayed heartily, her palms clutched into a namaskaram, her breath echoing long in the empty chamber.

She knew Hiranyaksha was to arrive any time soon, and that meant that all the Daitya and the Danava soldiers would be stationed at all regular intervals in each and every corner of her kingdom, for all the comforts of the King that he desired before the meeting the next dawn, and all the soldiers and other woman will be occupying every corner of the state, including where Sachi was supposed to meet Vismayaa as usual.

She couldn't, at any cost, reach the reply or it's original message fall into the hands of any one of her own family or any other acquaintances of Hiranyaksha, for it would not only land her into trouble but also her Pitamaha and Vismayaa.

She stood up and paced around the room, praying as she looked into the void outside her chamber, shivering as the cold wind passed into her chamber, coldness like the unceremonious and imperceptible surroundings that she was in, discomfort looming around her, where she stood alone.

Her flow of thoughts were disturbed as she heard the shut doors of her chamber creak open behind her, and a heaved a sigh, a hopeful smile dancing on her face.

"Vismayaa! Did you get the reply back from Pitama-" Her voice immediately died down when she turned to face who arrived, and all the hues faded away from her dusky cheeks when her eyes fell on the person who arrived.

"Sachi! What have you been doing?" The aggressive voice of Viprachitti's son looked into her chambers, his eyes widened in fury and worry, and that made Sachi immediately take a step back and her spine straightened as she let her strength rule.
