Chapter 4 The Dream

"Careful Mariah! You'll get a stomach ache!" Finnick warns.
"No I won't Finnick!" I say through a jumble of food, he chuckles and smirks.
"Sure you won't!"
"I won't Finn!" I say, finally swallowing the food.
"Your choice....!" Finnick laughs. Man he knows how to get on my nerves!
"Oh wow! This food is really amazing!!" Zachary shouts enthusiastically, Finnick chuckles again.
"Well I'm going to get the Avox to bring us some dessert!!" Veronica squeals, making the table jolt as she leaves.
"Will she EVER shut up??!" Zachary asks with pain in his voice.
"Sorry kid! She won't.... I tried to duck tape her mouth closed before. But she has claws like cats!" Finnick states, looking down on the many scratches on his fists.
"Have you tried superglue??" I ask.
"Not half bad, but she'd murder you!"
"Well at least she'd shut the hell up for once!!" I state, raising my voice a little.
"True..." Finnick starts, but is cut off by the last person I want to see right now.
"DESSERT IS HERE LOVES!" My stupid escort screeches. Man, that woman just doesn't know when to stop!
"Gawd Veronica!! I get that desserts here! Your giving me a headache!!!!" I shout at her, slamming my fists down on the table.
"Oh my! Let's get you some medicine then!" She speaks a little softer but the voice is still horrible.
"I'm fine!" I growl.
"Oooh! Kitty got claws!" Finnick says sniggering.
"Yea I know!"
"Hehe!" Chuckles Finnick.
"I don't want any of your stupid dessert Veronica! I have a headache so I'm gonna go to bed. Anyone tries to stop me and I will attack!" I growl, eyeing everyone as I speak.

😴DREAM😴
"You will die! Remember when I said I loved you??! Well all that was a lie!" A mysterious figure says.
"I don't want to die!" I squeal.
Well you will! You never deserved to live!" The boy speaks again, his voice becoming angry.
"YOUR A COWARD!" I spit in his face. And judging by his reaction that was a mistake.
"Your going to get it!" He laughs as he slowly drives his sword into my chest. He laughs as I scream out in pain.
"Oooh you like that do you??" He asks, driving his sword in to my arm several times.
"You don't understand Mariah! I DONT LOVE YOU!!" He spits shoving his sword deeper.
"I love her Mariah. NOT YOU, HER!" He points to a girl with black hair with green streaks. He's about to finish me off but he's pulled off by a great force.
END OF DREAM

"MARIAH!! MARIAH WAKE UP!" Finnick is shaking me violently while Veronica is shouting my name.
"Ughhh.... What a sight to wake up to!" I state, looking directly at Veronica.
"C'mon Mariah! We're at the Capitol! Get up!" Finnick commands.
"Fineeee!!" I shout groggily, pushing him aside as I get up.
"MARIAH COME ON!" Shouts Veronica, getting very impatient.
"VERONICA! FOR THE LAST FLIPPIN TIME.... IM COMINGG!!!" I shout as loud as I can, making Zachary and Finnick jump.
"Good..." Veronica mutters, straightening her lopsided wig. I hope she's bald under all that hair!
"Here we are! The Capitol! Don't you just LOVE it??!" She screams, getting herself all worked up.
"Totally!" I say sarcastically as Finnick and Zachary chuckle behind me .
"Cmon then guys !!" I scream , taking Finnick and Zachary's hands and skipping towards Veronica .

So I just wanted to apologise for not updating in a while, I have been in hospital and generally  have had other things to worry about ! I should be getting another update out later today !
