As I'm pushed towards a dark room I think about what my stylist will look like. I imagined a guy with dyed skin, crazy makeup, wacky wigs and a very high voice. I wished for the stylist to be more normal than everyone else here... But I knew that was never gonna happen!

My heart almost stopped when the person who entered was completely normal. Well, she was wearing many earrings up and down her ears and a thick layer of gold eyeliner. But if anything, the eyeliner brought out the hazel in her eyes and made her look beautiful!
"That was amazing! The way you volunteered for your sister like that. You had me in tears!" Cherish started, but was cut off by a woman wearing standard Capitol uniform entered the room, with a massive binder. On the front it read:
ODAIR, MARIAH 16/yo DISTRICT 4
Tribute Documents
74th Annual Hunger Games.

"What is THAT??!" I ask Cherish disgustedly, pointing to the hideous binder.
"Uhh... That is... Umm..." Cherish began, but was cut off by a loud crash coming from the next room.
"Uhh.. Be right back!" States Cherish, before he hurries away. I take that time to look a little closer at the documents and as I open the first page I see my whole family; My mum, dad, and my twin sister Oriah. Oh how I miss them so! As I read on I discover things about our family that I thought were just rumours.... How could my family keep this from me???

After about half an hour Cherish returnes, looking very hot and bothered. I'm just about to ask if she's ok when she nods his head and says
"Don't worry about me! It's you we need to focus on, we need to make you look drop dead gorgeous!"
"Well that's never gonna happen!" I say grumpily.
"Don't doubt yourself! Your really beautiful! You just need more confidence!" Cherish spoke calmly. I looked over at her to see if she was being sarcastic, but her expression was so pure and innocent. She really thinks I'm beautiful??

"So... What will I be wearing this year?" I ask Cherish. A few years ago, they just covered some girl with shells and sent her out there... I'm dreading that she's going to do the same!
"Well as your outfits are meant to represent your distric..." Cherish starts, but I cut her off.
"Can you promise that the costume will be shell free??!" I ask him, not really caring about anything else. She smiles at me before going into a cupboard and taking out the most beautiful dress I've ever seen.
"I thought we would focus on the sea part of District 4, so we made a dress that shows the different parts of the sea!" She'd made it so the different colours blend... All I can say is that it look stunning!
"You want to try it on?" Cherish asked me, putting her hand on my shoulder and gently steering me towards a dressing room.
As I put the dress on I found it fitted around my curves perfectly, making me look stunning!

After Cherish applied some makeup I'd never even heard of before we made our way to my chariot. But before I got on Cherish draped a fishing net over me and gave me a trident to hold. I hug her one more time and slowly make my way to the District 4 chariot, where I will show myself to the whole of the Capitol.... What could possibly go wrong?
