I gained my conscious I was laying in a hospital bed
A hospital I got flashbacks that accident That's when a nurse entered
"Good evening sir umm.. actually you and your wife had an accident"
Accident yes that accident
My eyes turning blood shot red She said "sir this mangalsutra your wife was holding this while she was in ot "

She replied "yes sir ot sir fortunately you didn't get much injured but a bone in your hand is displaced which will take few months to recover and you got few cuts and a injury on your head but unfortunately your wife is severely injured there are few internal bleedings too and she was taken to it for operation and right now she is in critical condition she is in ICU we have called your family they must be coming soon"
I asked controlling my tears "but why is she injured so severely and I am not"
Nurse replied "sir I really don't know but few people who witnessed the accident told that immediately after your car collided with the truck she pushed you out of the car so you weren't injured much"
