Gum

Hermione woke up like it was any other day. She woke up at 5:30 and got ready to teach her class. At 6:30 she was in her classroom and gets her class work set up. Now it was 7:20, time to go to breakfast. She walked out of the charms class door and walked the corridor to the Great Hall. As she reached the great doors she bumped into a black clad man.

"Oh sorry Severus." She backed up and looked at him knowing he was gonna have a snarl on his face. She made eye contact and smiled at him. He snarled at her and wiped off any invisible dirt. "Sorry to have dirtied the only shirt you own." She said and rolled her eyes and walked into Great Hall towards the teachers table. He scoffed and looked insulted. He looked after her and grunted, following behind her to join the table for breakfast.

As breakfast ended all the teachers went for their classes. Hermione waited behind her desk for her kids to come in and take their seats. She had 5 periods todays.

3 periods later it was now time for lunch she walked past her lovely Gryffindors and looked over at them for a second. Seeing one kid passing around gum. "Oh, may I have one?" She asked the student and the gladly handed one over. "Here you go professor!" She smiled at the student. "Thank you Mr.Dutter." He smiled up at her and put the gum in her coat pocket.

She walked towards the teachers table and started loading her plate up with delicious looking food. Snape sits down next to her and slowly puts food on his plate. "Having a good day Severus?" He grunted and sneered. "Obviously." She giggled and looked at him. He turned to look at her and gave a sarcastic smile. She gave a sweet smile and began eating her food.

After she returned to her class she popped the piece of gum in her mouth. She didn't have to talk these next two classes as they were taking quiz's. She sat behind her desk and watched them all answer the questions. Most got up and put their papers on her desk grabbed their bag and left.

It was after dinner but she didn't go and she was grading the papers now. When there was a knock on her door. "Enter." The door opened and the Headmistress walked in. "Oh Minerva, how I can help you." She ask with a big smile. "I was wondering if you would give this to Severus. My old bones can't keep going up and down all these stairs."

"Of course Minerva." She got up and grabbed the scroll from the Headmistress. She walked down the corridor and began humming a lullaby that her father sang her. She skipped down the stairs to the dungeons and walked to the Potion Professors office. Knocking on the door with the scroll in her other hand, she waited for him.

The door opened and there he was with a white button up shirt on and black slacks. "Can I help you?" He drawled out. Looking bored. "Here Severus." She held out the scroll. "Minerva asked I drop this off to you." She said. He grabbed it. Hermione kept chewing her gum with her mouth closed. He slowly looked up at her and looked at her mouth. "Are you chewing gum?" She stopped chewing. "In front of me..." he finished. She shook her head no quickly. "I don't know what your talking about."

"Get rid of it, now." He barked.

She looked around confused. "I don't see a trashcan around sir, where do you expect me to ge-"

He pulled her towards him and shoved her mouth on his. She froze. He continued kissing her heatedly. He licked her bottom lip asking for entrance but she didn't budge. So he smirked against her lips and dragged her into the office closing the door behind her and pushing her against it.

She gasped and he took the chance to plunge his tongue in her mouth. She moaned and pulled him closer. He let go of her and pulled back. "Mm Hermione flavored." He said with her gum in his mouth now. She looked taken back. "You only did that to get my gum." He smirked and then moved closer to her ear. "Or maybe the gum was just an excuse." He said kissing her neck with one hand in her hair and the other on her waist. She gasped.

She didn't leave the room til the next morning when they both walked in to breakfast together.
