Thank you for giving me a heads up! The test they gave us was pretty easy, but some people didn't pass because they weren't listening. They're going to take remedial lessons. Did anyone at your school fail?

Y/N smiled as she ended her letter, watching as her fountain pen was dragged across the page, signing the bottom.

Every time she wrote a new letter to her pen pal, she always hoped to learn more about her. As new responses showed up every week, she couldn't help but feel giddy as she opened the envelope.

She folded her next letter, placing it in a fancy envelope. Was it normal to be so excited about her pen pal?
