gal pals pt. 1

*two days later*

I sighed, looking up at the ceiling in my room. It was a Saturday, and there was nothing to do. The twins had to leave because they had to help with church service tomorrow, and Cassidy went over to Afton's house because her and Elizabeth became great friends. I didn't want to go because I have chores..

Yet here I am...

Doing..

Nothing.

I look over to my bookshelf and see the new book I got, "The Amityville Horror" by Jay Anson." it came out a year ago, and I always wanted it, but I never could... I told Stacy all about it and she went to the book store and got it for me.

The twins sure are nice people.

It would be a shame if something happened to them...

I get up from the floor and walk over to the book shelf to get the book

DINGDONG!

I hear the doorbell and decide to go see who it is. I walk down the slightly creeky stairs and open the door to who I see Melody and Azrael.

Melody is first to speak. "Hey y/n wanna hang out today?" Azrael smiles brightly, "Hi y/n! How's it going?"

I smile at them, "Sure, I have nothing going on, and it's been kind of boring in all honesty.. wanna come in?"

I open the door to let the two girls in, and they happily enter my house.

"Cool place." Melody looks around and then goes into the living room and sits on the couch.

"Where's your family at?" Azrael looks around clearly trying to find a caretaker of some sort. I've known the two for about two weeks so they know about my sister and that my parents are divorced, just they don't know my mom is actually never home and the only "parental figures" that I have had ever since I moved here are some church girls that are just a tad bit too nice, nothing wrong with that though.

"Oh, my mom is out for now. She'll be home soon." I casually explain Azrael just nods.

"Sooooo... watcha guys wanna do?" Melody asks slightly boredly.

"Wanna walk to the 7/11?" Azrael suggests, adjusting her calf length black skirt. It went well with her white blouse, but it did look a little too formal... Melody wore a green double knit jumpsuit with some holes in the pant legs. I was simply wearing lounge clothes

"Sure." I start putting on my shoes, and then we head out. The walk wasn't too bad as it was really just down the street.

We all walk into the 7-11 and then I see.. him and his group of friends.

"Hey Mikey!" I run up behind him and tackle him from behind, causing him to fall on the ground, also drop a slurpee he was holding.

"Oi! Bloody hell y/n!?" Micheal laughed a little as his friends stood a little stunned till they chuckled a little.

"Uh.. need a hand?" Vincent asks, chuckling reaching out his hand for me to grab.

I get up and then help Micheal up.

"Ugh.. I have slurpee all over me now.." Micheal looks down at his shirt and pants to where they were covered with cherry flavored slurpee. If I didn't know any better, I would've thought he killed ssomeone!

And apparently, Mark thought the same way, "Dude, it looks like you killed someone!"

Micheal tries to wipe off the slurpee with some napkins, but it doesn't really work.

"Here, lemme help." I get some more napkins and try to wipe some of the slurpee off of him, but then I realized he tensed up, and then Dominick burst out laughing.

"Ooooo Micheal's cru-" Mark kicks him In the shin, causing Dominick to arch in pain.

"Hey y/n why did you run off!-... oh hey guys..." Melody looks at the four boys uninterested.

"Hey uh Mike you got a Lil something" Azrael gestures to the slurpee all over him.

"I know Azzy, I know." Michael sighs, slightly annoyed now.

Why don't they like each other?...

after we got some snacks and our slurpees Me, Azrael and melody head back to my house where we just watched "Popeye the sailor" on the TV while also talking we were planning a sleepover till...

"Y/n I'm home! I also brought Liz with me! We were wondering if we could have a sleepover here next Saturday! Pretty pretty please!"

Us three look over to the young girls, then the Casset tape gets tangled causing Azrael to groan in an annoyed manner them go over to the TV amd fix it.

"Sure Cass just, me and my friends were already planning on having a sleepover the same day.."

Then Elizabeth gasps, "we can all have a sleepover! It can be a girls night! With no boys aloud!"

Then Cassidy and Elizabeth start squealing excitedly, to which I couldn't help but sigh.

"Sure why not.."

"FINALLY I FIXED THE CASSET TAPE!!... man they should make these more durable."
