I don't want to get out of bed. If I get out of bed then I know I have to get ready before he comes and picks me up. I should just call him and tell him I'm sick. No that's mean and this is a once in a life time thing that will probably never happen to me again. Okay fine I'll get up and get ready in like 5 more minutes.
I was really nervous and my dad kept cleaning his gun. Gosh dads are so weird. Anyways while I was getting ready my mom came in and sat on my bed.
Mom: You should wear makeup
Me: What?!
Mom: Don't you want to try and look good for him
I couldn't tell if my mom was calling me ugly and pretty much just told me I need to put on makeup to look good
Me: I don't need makeup
Mom: Okay
Me: Can you get out now? I'm trying to get ready
I felt kind of bad kicking her out but I don't ever really talk to my parents so it's weird. I looked in the mirror for a few minutes and decided to put on some makeup. It wouldn't hurt to try for him. What if he thinks I'm weird for only putting on makeup to go to his house to see art. Doesn't hurt to try though. I worked probably about 15 minutes on makeup because I don't normally do it so it took a while.
As soon as I finished I heard the door bell ring and someone answered. For some reason my heart was racing like crazy. All I heard was "come on in". I waited for a few seconds and then I heard my dad call me down. I can around the corner and started walking down the stairs. Chandler was standing at the end and he was looking at me with those amazing eyes and he had a slight smile. When I finally made it down he took a good long look and asked me a question.
Chandler: Did you do that for me?
Me: What are you talking about?
Chandler: You are wearing makeup. I've never seen you where it before
Me: I just wanted to. Does it look bad?
Chandler: No you look so beautiful
Hold on! Did he just say I looked beautiful. I totally froze for a moment because, I can't believe that just happened. Him saying that just made my melt and I actually was smiling. He took my hand and we headed to his car.
Chandler: Okay you ready?
Me: Yeah. (Said with a smile on my face)
As he was driving I couldn't help but just look at him and then when he would look at me I would turn away to make it seem like I wasn't staring at him. I didn't want to scare him away. Right now that's the last thing I wanted to do.
Chandler: We're almost there
Me: Okay awesome.
I was looking out the windows and I noticed that these houses weren't the high class houses. They were just ordinary houses. Chandler pulled into a house and what I saw isn't what I expected. Every time I would think of it I would imagine him living in a big house but, I was wrong. Chandler came over and opened my door and we walked to the front door. Before we went inside he warned me that his mother would be asking a lot of questions. In my mind I was thinking about what these questions would be. I don't need to worry though, do I?
We walked in and his mother was in the kitchen. She got up and came over to Chandler and I. She gave Chandler a hug first and then she looked at me. She asked me my name and I told her then she gave me a hug and said it was nice to meet me. Chandler started walking me to his room and I paid close to attention to the things in his house. When we made it to his room he told me to close my eyes. I closed my eyes and followed him in. When he told me to open my eyes I was amazed at what I saw. He had so many drawing he had either painted or had drawn out. Everything was so beautiful though. Chandler told me he had to go get something and that he would be right back. I was looking at all the work and then I found a journal.
