nothing can ever make me happier than this. Sars and Vedant might get close after this hug, I know how much Sarthi has carved for the slightest look from him since she was a sixth grader. Crushing on someone for years without them having any idea about it, isn't any less than fighting a battle. A battle with your feelings.
A battle with thousands of stupid and negative thoughts and A battle with your tears and happiness. I know Vedant is a reason for Sarthi to cry and enjoy both at the same time and I still have the texts and voicemails I received from Sarthi in the eighth (8th) grade when She made eye contact with Vedant.
Seeing her hands on his back and his hands on her waist is giving me a great level of joy and peace.
I can see Sarthi trying not to shed tears of joy on Vedant's shoulder and the way she's trying to make sure he is comfortable, I can say no one can ever love him she accomplishes...
I have screenshots of her notes saved in her phone to prove she was wrong..when she wrote "Everything can be possible but him and I getting close can never"now I proved her wrong...
I'm feeling so proud of myself that I helped my friend to achieve something she used to see only in her dreams....
Sarthi broke the hug so did Vedant and I
She looked at Vedant with stars grazing in her eyes and than at me with a soft smile and thankful eyes gave me a look of pride..I nodded and pressed my lips as if I was asking her "Now rate me, how good friend am I?
I noticed that my "Vedant Jija ji's" cheeks were also turning red so I didn't leave the chance to give Sarthi hopes and now at this time, I can confirm that Vedant too feels the same for Sarthi..maybe from school? cause of the interactions Sarthi Told me about she had with him clearly indicates he was in love with her but she wasn't ready to accept cause of under-confident thoughts, I saw Vedant stealing glare on Sarthi and Me today when we were standing by the main gate of College..So I asked softly and gently..
"Vedant, What happened? Why your cheeks are turning so red?"
Vedant looked so nervous but my heart screamed a "Yay" ... then Vedant said
"may-maybe it's cause of the temperature"
Sarthi looked at me and stick out her tongue a bit and smiled,making Vedant confused while I gave a teasing wink with a flirty smile..and responded to Vedant
" Oh, is that so?"
he left sigh of relief and said "Yes,I guess"
Sarthi looked at Vedant with a smile and he turned his head in her direction and they had a little moment of Sarthi getting butterflies..
Sarthi might feel butterflies in her tummy but I was the one internally dancing and screaming cause I saw a interaction of Sarthi with the guy..She used to tell me about with paragraphs of thousands interesting words..
I still remember how bored I used to get when she used to send me continuously ten long texts about Vedant and now seeing her interacting...makes me so happy and give me feels of a great friend
She broke the eye contact with Vedant, faced me and said " Thankyou Atharav "
Vedant looked confused and I smiled
when she said " for leading me here, We'd make such great friends group"
I didn't expect it but Vedant said " Yes we would "
I wasn't expecting Vedant to response cause Sarthi told me that he's a guy who doesn't like socializing a lot and rarely even says a word to a girl..but I was happy anyway so replied with
" I have two amazing friends,One for the Another"
Sarthi glared at with me wide open eyes and a trying to hold back smile meanwhile Vedant looked little confused by last sentence I said....
I laughed and Sarthi joined
then Vedant asked...What you're laughing for..Sarthi got quite while I looked at them and laughed a little harder than before
