I STARED AT ARIMA IN SHOCK AND SURPRISE, I WASN'T aware that she's back here in Japan after four years at New York.

She entered the elevator and pressing '1' then, she turned to me. "Have i met you before?" She questioned.

My lips parted slightly at her question. "Huh?"

Silence engulfed the two of us, and before i could speak, a loud yell escaped he lips as she pointed at me.

"CHER?!" She yelled, grabbing both my shoulders.

"Oh, you remembered." I laughed, afraid that she wouldn't remember me.

"Jeez, i didn't recognize you! How come your hair's black? And how the heck did you grow taller?!" She shook my shoulders roughly.

"Calm down, calm down!" I stopped her, feeling dizzy with how rough she shook me.

~

"Anyways, it's been so long! How have you been?" Arima asked, smiling at me.

We were inside the convenience store, waiting for the ramen noodles to soften.

"I've been good physically. However, my acting career isn't really in the best situation. " I sighed, taking a sip of my coffee.

"But you're part of this season's 'My Love', right?" She questioned.

" Yeah, how'd you know? " I asked, curious as to how she found out.

" You see, my friend's participating again this season! He wanted to find 'true love' or whatever. I think it's because he's planning something again, he's always like that." She shook her head.

I hummed, taking the cover off the cup ramen. "Who is he?" I asked while adding the seasoning.

"Aqua Hoshino, heard of him?" She asked, adding the seasoning the her own cup ramen.

"Of course i do, there's no way anyone who's in the industry or is in the same age as us who doesn't. " I sighed, using my chopsticks to eat, well what else am i supposed to use?

" Understandable. " She nodded.

A few moments of silence enveloped us, before she spoke again and asked me a weird question.

" You're not wondering how i met him? " She asked, and i just stared at her.

" Do i have to. . .? " I trailed off, raising an eyebrow.

" Yes, you do! " Arima slammed her palm against the table.

" O-okay. How did the two of you meet? " I questioned, forcing a smile.

" So you see, the two of us met when we were still kids. . . blah blah blah. "
I didn't even pay attention to her stories, instead, i just kept on nodding, pretending to listen while looking out the glass wall.

I was dozing off, until a familiar hair color came into view. I squinted my eyes, trying to see who that person was.

"Oh, it's Ah-kun."

Bingo.
