love you, though you can't see
The beauty that lies within thee
You doubt your worth, your every move
But to me, you have nothing to proveYour eyes may shy away from my gaze
But in them, I see a fire ablaze
A passion that burns deep inside
A soul that's been too long deniedYou are a work of art, my dear
A masterpiece without a peer
Your flaws and scars, they only add
To the beauty that you haveI wish you could see yourself
Through my eyes, and not of someone else
You are worthy of love and grace
And in my heart, you've found your placeSo take my hand, and trust in me
Together, we'll set your spirit free
And though you may not love yourself
I'll love you enough for someone else.
