You took a stroll to Inkopolis Square on this "fair" morning. Where the breeze wasn't too cold, but not too hot either. And the sunlight was just even enough.

What a great way to start off a day.. that was gonna be shredded ruins for the rest of it..

You arrived towards deca tower, determined to climb to the next ranks.

Though it would only last for so long..

You got queued up.. AGAINST TEAM X BLOOD!?

You were never a stranger to ranked.. but THIS!? THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!

Vintage glared at you. You had a worried expression at the time, not such a great sign for you.. but for vintage..?

Definitely a benefit in destroying you.

Of course you were far damn weaker than Vintage. 

This definitely wouldn't end well..

- TimeSkip to After the Battle. -

You lost.. to a knock out..

That's pretty terrible..

You left the lobby very soon after and headed to a nearby park bench.

But you felt some eyes on you..

This was pretty scary..

"hey, small fry.." you heard a chilling voice say.

"Huh..?" You said turning around to seeing a silhouette of a familiar inkling.

The inkling had a tentacle cut that seemed to look like a bowl cut, but a lot better.. but he stared you down with intense deep red eyes.

"You really were no match for the X." It seemed to be the same person from the battle before speaking to you, in a serious tone.

"I-I, um.." you tried replying, but you kept getting constant shivers down your spine. Nothing would help you.

Suddenly he was gone.. and then you got splatted by 99 damage, and they didn't bother to complete it.. this kept you in pain.

*ouch*

Then Vintage just stared you down while you were in pain, reapplying the 99 damage every time it ran out.

This continued for a few minutes, until Vintage was bored of just damaging you with no reaction, and left you to try and fight it yourself.

*ouch, your limbs were numb*
