It's been a year since Summer has been gone. KeKoa occasionally goes back to her hometown to see her sister and catch up with her older sister and her niece. She doesn't really talk to Ari or any of the Boardriders since she took a break from competitive surfing for a while. So she's got a lot to catch up on when they're stuck on the same team again.
