Thunder claps outside and you jump up, waking Sarah beside you. You look out the window, your heart racing. "Babe? You ok?" Sarah asks.

"Yeah, the thunder just scared me." You say as you let out a shaky chuckle. Sarah looks concerned and opens up her arms for you. You lay down and rest your head on her chest. Immediately, you feel better.

You listen to Sarah's heartbeat as the thunder booms once again. You jump and Sarah's grip on you tightens. "I didn't know you were scared of storms, babe." She comments before kissing your head. You nod.

"Yeah." You chuckle. "I just hate thunder."

"You wanna watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine until you fall asleep?" Sarah asks. You nod and she pulls out her laptop, turning on the show. Minutes later, you're asleep again in her arms. Sarah looks down at you and smiles. She kisses your head and turns off the show.

She puts her laptop back down and the both of you fall asleep until you wake up the next morning to the smell of coffee downstairs in the kitchen of Tanny Hill. You turn your head to see that Sarah isn't laying next to you, so you get up and go downstairs.

"Morning," Ward smiles at you. "Sleep well?"

You chuckle. "Not really."

"Storm keep you up?" Ward asks. You nod. "Sarah came downstairs and told me how much you hate thunder."

"Yeah, it just freaks me out." You chuckle.

"Anyway, Sarah's outside having a swim if you wanna say hi." Ward says. You nod and exit Tanny Hill, seeing Sarah swimming in the water. You walk up to the edge and sit down on the grass.

"Morning sleepy head," Sarah smiles when she sees you. "How'd you sleep?"

"I've had better nights," You shrug. "But, thanks for staying up with me."

Sarah smiles and gets out of the water, sitting next to you. "I'll always stay up with you," Sarah smiles before kissing you on the lips, making you smile.
