After a few minutes, the King, Luz and Hale got to the first client. Luz pressed the bell and then... No, the owner didn't open the door. Her hand suddenly started eating a monster bell. Luz having unexpected this, she screamed sharply and in horror while the disgruntled King left, and Hale simply called for his scythe and ... then it's up to you what happened.
*Skipping time*
Hale had already completed the delivery to almost all customers except one on his wings flew back to Luz and the King. The last delivery should have already been delivered by them, since Hale decided to deliver everything to everyone alone. He wanted it because of Luz's habit of getting into various stupid situations.
Arriving at a place where there were people... what a demon at the beck and call. They were chatting about something and although Hale couldn't hear because of the height, he could see how Luz was upset about something. Deciding to eavesdrop on them, the magician landed on the roof and, thanks to his acrobatic abilities, began to slowly descend, holding onto the balcony or something else until he could hear them more clearly.
"...want to eat me."- said Luz, clearly in a confused tone and shaking from the elbow of some demon monster that was trying to eat her. Shaking her and sighing in frustration, Luz opened the book and showed it to the King, she said: - "At this time, Azura was already sent on a enchanted quest. Where is my quest-giving wizard?" - after these words, Hale was clearly filled with rage, but quickly calmed down and after the tentacles disappeared from his necks, Hale jumped from behind Luz and the King at the same time saying "Luz". Both were seriously frightened at his sudden appearance.
"HALE! Are you trying to give me a heart attack?!" - Luz said in fright, lying on the ground while the one who scared her came up to her.
"Luz. Can I ask you a question? Do you distinguish the real world from your book?" - Hale asked, tilting his head and raising an eyebrow.
"Distinguish? And in the sense of distinguishing?" - Luz said, not understanding his question and getting to her feet.
"Literally. Can you tell the difference between the hardness of the real world and the softness of the world of books? Hale replied, still with his head tilted and one eyebrow raised.
"The softness of the book world? Well, actually, that world is not exactly soft there, the hero still dies-"
"For a few chapters, right?" - Hale interrupted, knowing its contents. Luz was surprised by this.
"How do you know?"
"No matter. The important thing is that real life is far from a magical quest with stupid dangers and something else, but YOU don't notice it at all. It all seems the same to you." - Hale said with an emotionless, yet frightening tone for Luz.
"Well, yes... you're a little right, but don't think that I always consider these two worlds to be the same. I still realize my life is real, not like a book, but can't I just dream?"
"Are you kidding? You don't dream, you THINK that everything will go exactly as in the book. But I'll tell you a secret: if you keep thinking like that, you'll die and never appear in this world again. *Thoughts* (Will save you on your deathbed miracles of a nurse)" - Hale said, causing Luz to become a little awkward. Throwing the bag on Luz's stomach, who quickly picked up the magician said, "You will deliver the last one. I'll take a walk around the city for now." - after that, Hale turned around and started walking forward, but after taking about 12 steps, he stopped abruptly and turned his head towards the Pockets and the King finally said, "Remember my words." - he said and summoning his broom, he continued on his way to the library.
