"No, I haven't seen Holly," I said to Alex.
My heart dropped when I said those words. I hadn't seen Holly since the homecoming game. "All right listen up everyone," Todd the muscular jock said,
"The science geeks have made masks just in case the air kills all of your weak butts" he exclaimed.
"Um, they are not just masks!" one of the geeks cried out.
I didn't know his name mostly because I didn't care but also because I was not that involved with the school.
Todd screams "Bro just shut up already"
I left the scene. I go off to the school's library. It's not the nicest place in the world but I knew no one here would be there. I see an older woman banging at the door. She looks horrible. Like her flesh was rotting. Her hair tangled. Now that I think about it, I haven't seen any adults since the explosion. No teachers or anything. I debated whether I should open the door for her. Should I? For one I don't know if the air is toxic for two she could have rabies or something, heck I don't know. She bangs harder. It's like she's violent like she's hungry. But for what? Is it me she's hungry for?
