Another researcher walks in SCP-8071's containment cell, "SCP-8071, you need to follow me... Wait a second... SCP-999? How did you get here?" The Researcher said.  SCP-999 made coo noises and the little orange blob made its way towards the Researcher, the Researcher picked SCP-999 up. SCP-8071 groaned in annoyance because she had to be bothered by a Researcher, she gets up and follows the researcher. SCP-999 is force to go back to it's containment cell while SCP-8071 follows two researchers and two armed guards.

"Do you think Dr Reen would really let us do this experiment? It's just... 8071 came here at site-19 literally just about a week ago and if SCP-106 does any damage then this new information could be lost..." The younger looking researcher said. "That is true Dr Green, but this cross test between the two could help us understand the... high pain tolerance that SCP-8071 mentioned." The older looking researcher said...

SCP-8071 didn't exactly understand this situation but, she had an idea of what was going to happen. SCP-8071 was taken to a secluded area in the foundation, "Well I guess you're right Dr. Stewarts, we didn't bring SCP-106 here to site-19 for nothing, we better get some new information out of this." Dr Green said. SCP-8071 knew that whatever happened next wouldn't be good, but she knew that her blood protected her from most unsafe or hazardous things. Like the acid that came from SCP-106, SCP-8071 needed to prepare for what was to come next.

The Researchers instructed SCP-8071 to walk inside a containment cell, it looked more like some kind of wet enclosure. SCP-8071 watched as a few researchers waited in the chamber and observed SCP-8071, SCP-8071 kept walking around and she saw black acid on the walls. SCP-8071 heard a menacing giggle, she then felt an intense amount of pain on her leg. SCP-8071 looks down and sees SCP-106 who is coming out of a black hole in the floor, SCP-106 had the same wide and sickening smile on his face, the same smile he always had. SCP-8071 tried to pull away but the acid hurt her leg, for a short amount of time.

SCP-8071 tilted her head and got a bit closer to SCP-106, SCP-106 tilted his head in a teasing way as he got out of the puddle and towered over SCP-8071. The two SCPs looked strangely similar, but at the same time different in many ways. SCP-106 still kept a wide and sick smile, he then grabbed SCP-8071 by the shoulders and pulled her into the small pocket dimension. The researchers observed and they didn't try to help at all, they just stood there as SCP-8071 was dragged into the pocket dimension.

"...Dr Reen isn't gonna be happy about this..." One researcher said. The other researchers and scientists just stood there, waiting. After about twenty minutes, the pocket dimension opened up again. SCP-8071 crawled out of the hole quickly, she looked a bit injured and most of her flesh seemed to be affected by the black substance that emitted from SCP-106. SCP-8071 stood up and dusted her dress off, she seemed to not be too affected. The Researchers finally realized that SCP-8071's blood actually helped her regenerate faster and it prevented things like acid and the black substance that came from SCP-106 from harming her.

They realized this when they looked at SCP-8071's wounds, they seemed to only affect her skin and flesh for a bit but the black blood SCP-8071 had prevented SCP-106's acid like substance from harming her bones and veins. The researchers led SCP-8071 out of SCP-106's containment cell and took her into a separate room for questioning, many researchers were a bit shocked that SCP-8071 was able to just withstand SCP-106's black substance, but SCP-8071 shrugged it off and watched as her skin regenerated. Dr Reen will ask SCP-8071 questions later, but for now the researchers wanted to discuss amongst each other about their new discovery. Many doctors and researchers were in the break room, discussing what happened between the SCP-8071 cross test.

One researcher had the idea to use some of SCP-8071's blood as some sort of protection against SCP-106, the others agree and then they see Dr Reen enter the room."So, I was called in the break room for some ideas for future tests?" Dr Reen said before sitting down at a table. Some of the researchers looked excited, one of them spoke. "Correct Dr Reen, we did a cross test between SCP-8071 and SCP-106 and we learned a few things." There were currently five researchers in the break room discussing this, and Dr Reen was the only one a bit confused on what they might have learned.

"Go on..." Dr Reen said before taking a sip of his coffee. "Well Dr Reen, we learned that SCP-8071 has some sort of resistance to the black substance that emits from SCP-106!" One of the researchers says. "Hm... Interesting... And how did you figure this out?" Dr Reen asked. "When SCP-106 touched or grabbed SCP-8071 she did gasp and or grunt in pain, but she never screamed loudly like any of the other people who have fallen victim to SCP-106. And she seemed to be fine when she escaped the pocket dimension, we still don't know how she did it but we are leaving that up to you to ask her. We examined SCP-8071's wounds and the wounds seemed to only affect small parts of her skin and nothing that was covered or under SCP-8071's blood was harmed!" One of the other researchers said. Dr Reen put his mug down and he said, "Interesting... Well, we could do many things now that SCP-8071's blood protects her from SCP-106's acid. We could ask SCP-8071 to go get samples from SCP-106's containment cell and we could even try to make them communicate..." Dr Reen seemed to have many ideas.

"Very true Dr Reen, but they didn't seem interested in conversation... We had a better idea, and we think it might be a bit cruel but worth it." One of the researchers says. Dr Reen took another sip of his coffee, seeming a bit skeptical of this, he didn't really support the researchers harming innocent SCPs like SCP-8071. "Hear us out... What if we could extract a bit of SCP-8071's blood and use it to protect the researchers who enter SCP-106's containment cell. Or we could even use it when SCP-106 breached containment so we are also protected!" One of the researchers says happily. Dr Reen furrowed his eyebrows in confusion and gave an 'are you serious?' Face... "So... You are suggesting that we take SCP-8071's blood and put it on us like some sort of sunscreen?" Dr Reen said, the way he put it into words made the idea sound silly and weird.

"Well... Technically yes, but just imagine it! No one would ever be harmed by SCP-106's black acid like substance again!" A researcher said, trying to persuade Dr Reen. "Two reasons why we should NOT do that... The first reason is that SCP-8071 obviously doesn't want to get her blood drawn and others use it as protection against another SCP, and that would most likely hurt her! And two, it's just so strange to put someone else's blood in your body..." Dr Reen said. The Researchers sigh, they try to persuade Dr Reen because he is the one who is in charge of the tests that happen to SCP-8071, being the head researcher and all. Dr Reen isn't convinced and he doesn't care if the O-5 council agrees with this plan, he still isn't doing this plan. After a long chat between Dr Reen and the other Researchers, Dr Reen states that it is final, the idea is rejected. Dr Reen leaves the room and he decides to check up on SCP-8071...

Dr Reen uses his access card to enter SCP-8071's containment chamber and watch her from the glass, he sees SCP-8071 in her cell. "Hello there SCP-8071, how are you today?" Dr Reen asked. "Oh, hi Dr Reen! I'm doing great, I just made you something..." SCP-8071 said as she took out a drawing for Dr Reen. Dr Reen smiled in appreciation and he decided to go in SCP-8071's containment cell. Once Dr Reen enters the cell, SCP-8071 stands up to give Dr Reen the picture. "Hm... What a nice picture you drew SCP-8071. I wanted to ask a question, are you comfortable in your containment?" Dr Reen asked... "Yes sir!... The only problem is that there isn't a bed in here, the room is so empty!" SCP-8071 said.

Dr Reen walked towards the door, "don't worry, I'll ask the superiors if they can get you a bed. Well, good night 8071, I hope to see you tomorrow." Dr Reen said as he walked out the cell. "Goodnight Dr Reen!" SCP-8071 said, the lights went out and SCP-8071 laid on the cold floor of her cell, to sleep... Dr Reen already left, SCP-8071 curled up into a ball and prayed before she slept... Everything was so quiet, SCP-8071 laid still and was about to fall asleep. She thought about her encounter with SCP-106, he did try to hurt SCP-8071, but she fought back... SCP-8071 usually doesn't like violence, but it was to defend herself in that pocket dimension... SCP-8071 smiled and then fell asleep on the floor of her cold and empty containment cell.
