Misunderstanding

(Warning: mentions of suicide and depression)

You were walking to the Hades cabin to see your best friend Nico Di Angelo.

Being a Daughter of Hephestus your cabin was far from his.

There was a light breeze in Camp. You knocked on the door. No answer. You knock again hoping nothings wrong with nico. He's you crush so when this happen you get very worried.

After a few more knocks you just open the door to find the most horrible thing you can imagine. Percy kissing Nico. Or the other way around.

Your weren't sure but you were upset. Percy was your best friend and he knew about your crush on Nico. After five seconds they finally realized you were there.

When Percy saw you he immediately said "(Y/N) its not what it looked like!"

You immediately caught on fire. You ended up yelling "Percy how could you, you knew I loved him?!" by then there were tears running down your cheeks like water falls.

You were heartbroken. You were about to leave but then you heard Nico say "wait (Y/N) let me explain!" suddenly out of nowhere wings made out of........

Fire sprouted from your back. You knew how to control them and you flew back to your cabin.

All your cabin mates went up to you and said "what's wrong? And what happened?" you didn't want their constant asking so you just went to the beach.

With a blinding light your father appeared. He went up to you and hugged you whispering the sweetest things possible into your ear.

He made you feel like you were a normal family. That's all you've ever wanted.

You said "why would Percy do that he knew I loved Nico why would he." you just ended up crying again.

Your father said "I may not be an expert in love but I know if you just talk to him you would feel better."

And with a flashing light he was gone.

I can't believe I did that. I was still frozen in shock until Hazel went up to me and got me out of my thoughts.

I told her the whole story. She said "Oh no this is bad this is really really bad." with an extremely worried expression.

I asked "How come?" She said "She loves you you were basically the only reason she was alive.!"

What do you mean?" She breathed in and out then said "She's been crazy depressed for a while and she tried to commit suicide once but I stopped her."

I was about to say something but then Hazel interrupted "Have you noticed that she always wears long sleeves?" Realization just hit me like a hard slap in the face.
My eyes widen. I yelled "I have to go find her." I looked all around the camp and I couldn't find her until I saw her.
