I felt someone lick my cheek. I woke up and saw ashley.

"why did you wake me up ashley" I asked.

"Today's the day" he said with a smirk.

I smiled and stood up. I went outside and saw kovu and kiara. "Marisa, you need to get cleaned" kovu said.

"Okay" I replied

When me and Ashley was done cleaning, it was sunset.

I went to the top of pride rock. Rafiki came up to me and Ashley.

"Do you promise to take care of Maris and defend her with your life" he asked Ashley.

"Yes" he replied.

He kissed me. everyone cheered. then we all fell asleep.
