Main focus: Luke & Amelia (Lukes sister)

One time, at the end of school, Luke, Hailey, and Zander could be seen walking down a path together.
With a light from all the trees shining through. Fall had hit.
They walked further ahead. To reach a two-way path. One path was Zander and Hailey's house. The other was Luke's. They reached both paths and went their separate ways.
Luke walked down his path and saw his sister, Amelia, ahead. He picked up his pace and greeted his sister, now walking with him.
"Omg, Luke! Hi!"
"Hey Ami,"
"Oh, ok - I'm not used to that nickname, heh."
"You will soon!"
They both chucked and kept walking down the path together, gossiping about school.
"Hey uhm..Luke?"
"Hm?"
Amelia gulped, then anxiously said:
"I have a girlfriend.."
Luke was shocked. This was Amelia's first lover! But it was a girl? It was fine for her, but he's just imagining how their parents (mainly their mother) would react they already dislike Luke bc of it. How can it get any worse? Right?
"Wait. Really?"
Amelia teared up a bit. Shaking her head. Luke just stood for a bit. To process everything. Then, he pulled her into an embrace. Now Amelia was the one to process everything. Returning the hug.
(13 minutes later)
Luke and Amelia approached the front door. Then, they looked at each other anxiously, then opened the door. Their mother (Maria Peterson)
Was standing close to the door. Waiting for them.
"How's my little 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 girl!"
Amelia looked at Luke. He had an upset expression on his face. Then, she looked back to look at her mother, who was impatiently waiting for an answer
"Fine. I'm fine."
"You don't sound fine, darling? Wait. Don't tell me he had something to do with it."
Maria pointed at Luke with a mad yet disgusted look on her face. Luke felt like he wanted to cry. No. He needed to. He just walked to his room upstairs, looking down the entire time Amelia watched as her gaze was completely on Luke. Her eyes expanded. She hated seeing her brother like this. And it's all because of her stupid mother.
Out of nowhere. She snapped at her
"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH HIM!?"
"Don't be loud in my house, madam.
Your dad's asleep."
"I DONT CARE!"
Maria was taken aback by these words. She has snapped at her multiple times. But this time was a lot more loud and angrier. their dad
(Philip Peterson) Was asleep on the couch. Well, he was. Until Amelia raised her voice at her mother
"What's going on in there, Mari?"
"Nothing!"
"SOMETHING!"
Amelia had enough of lying. So she said something so she can get 'involved' in this.
"Excuse me? I bet your brother had something to do with this! He's the one who made you like this!"
"Omg, just SHUT UP!"
Amelia immediately covered her mouth with her hands. She never EVER said shut up to her mother. Unbelievably, Maria still blamed Luke for her behaviour.
