"What did you do?" Thor questioned just loud enough for Charlie and Pietro to hear while keeping his eyes glued to Thanos, "what'd you do?!"
Thanos kept his eyes glued to the God of Thunder for what felt like an eternity before disappearing through a portal. A distraught look soon formed on Thor's face as he just stared at Stormbreaker, which was now lying on the forest floor. Because he was lost in his thoughts, the Odinson man failed to notice Steve approaching him until he began speaking.
"Where'd he go?" the Man Out of Time asked as he looked around the Wakandan forest. When the only response he received was silence, the Rogers man looked back over at the God of Thunder. "Thor. Where'd he go?"
"Steve?" a new voice called out, drawing everyone's attention toward Bucky. Charlie's blood instantly ran cold when she saw his arm and leg beginning to vanish. It wasn't long before the rest of his body followed, leaving nothing but dust behind. The Barton girl slowly rose to her feet as she watched Steve walk over to where his best friend once stood. In the distance, she heard Rhodey calling out to Sam, but War Machine received no response from the Falcon.
"Wanda?" Pietro muttered under his breath, causing Charlie to turn her attention back to the Maximoff girl. The fear and confusion within her did nothing but grow as she watched the telekinetic start to vanish. She looked up at them one last time before she was gone right before their very eyes.
Charlie couldn't help but reach out and grab onto Pietro as if her life depended on it. She kept her eyes glued to where Wanda once was before she forced herself to look up at him. The two of them just stared at each other in silence for what felt like an eternity, waiting for the other to vanish. A small wave of relief washed over the Barton girl when the speedster was still standing in front of her, not showing any signs of following his sister. It wasn't long after that when the Maximoff boy pulled her in for one of the tightest hugs she had ever received. "I'm never leaving you again, anđeo."
On the other side of the forest, Primrose sat beside Groot while tending to the cuts on her arms. A long sigh passed over her lips as she wrapped her entire forearms in bandages. It wasn't until she heard the sound of approaching footsteps that she finally looked up. Confusion flowed through her veins when she saw Rocket staring at her with fear in his eyes. She was about to comment on how her cuts would heal eventually until she realized he wasn't looking at her. The Quill woman soon turned her attention toward Groot, only to find him starting to transform into dust.
"I am Groot," he said while keeping his eyes glued to Rocket and Primrose before disappearing into thin air.
The two remaining Guardians exchanged a confused yet terrified look, not knowing what was going to happen next. When neither of them looked as though they were about to vanish, a small wave of relief washed over them, but it wasn't enough to make them feel better about their current situation. It wasn't long after that when they noticed the Avengers gathering on the other side of the clearing. Despite wanting nothing more than to find a way back to her brother, Primrose forced herself to her feet before she and Rocket went to join them.
"What is this? What the h*ll is happening?" Rhodey asked as Primrose stood beside Charlie and Pietro with Rocket on her other side.
No one responded as they let the silence surround them. It wasn't that they didn't want to respond to the Rhodes man, they just didn't know what to say. The Avengers and the Guardians stayed in silence for what felt like an eternity before Charlie's thoughts moved to something else. Now a new wave of panic washed over her as she thought about what could be happening to her family, Peter, and Alex.

Back on Titan, everyone was still recovering from their battle with Thanos. The heroes were making their way across the planet's surface after being separated during the fight. They planned to reconvene and find a way to fix their mistakes. Or at least find a way to get back to Earth and help the rest of their allies prepare for what was coming. They all knew that Earth's Mightiest Heroes didn't stand a chance against the Mad Titan while they were separated. Little did they know they were already too late.
Alex stood by Peter while holding her side, allowing Karen to patch up her wound. Neither of them had said a word since Thanos disappeared. They both wanted nothing more than to return home and take a nap. There was nothing but silence as they gathered around in a circle on Titan. The atmosphere around them was tense, which wasn't surprising after their defeat. However, something in the air soon changed and they all felt it.
Everyone looked around the barren planet as if waiting for something to pop up out of nowhere. It wasn't long after that when Mantis finally broke the silence surrounding them. "Something's happening."
Not even a second after that passed when a loud clap of thunder came from the sky above them. Just as Alex was about to question where the storm had come from, Mantis' entire body turned to dust. Shock coursed through the speedster's veins as she stared at where the empath once was. It wasn't long after that when Drax called out to the Quill man, causing everyone to turn their attention toward him just in time to watch him vanish into thin air. A panicked look instantly appeared on the redheaded man's face as he looked over at Tony.
"Steady, Quill," the Stark man said while keeping his eyes glued to Peter.
"Oh, man," the leader of the Guardians muttered under his breath before he disappeared.
The fear within Alex did nothing but grow when she felt a strange sensation forming in the pit of her stomach. Her attention immediately moved to Peter, who was already staring back at her with fear in his eyes. It wasn't long after that when a tingling sensation formed in her fingertips. The speedster swallowed the lump in her throat before she looked down, only to find her hand turning to dust. A million thoughts swam through her head as she looked back up at the Parker boy with tears in her eyes. As the tingling traveled up her arm, all she could think about was what she had gone through with Peter. Even though he didn't trust her at first, he found it within himself to give her a chance. And now he believed in her just as much as Charlie did, if not more.
The Easton girl reached out and took Peter's hand into her own without thinking before giving it a tight squeeze. She forced a smile onto her lips as a single tear ran down her cheek. Alex tried to ignore the tingling sensation running throughout her body as she muttered two words under her breath. "Thank you."
Then the world around her faded into darkness.
