Dear Mia,
Today wasn't that eventful,
But it was a good day nonetheless.
We went to the city,
And got drenched in the rain.
All the walking we did must've tired you out,
Since you fell asleep on the train.
It was cold,
I'll admit.
I was freezing,
But that was because I gave you my coat.
I didn't mind though,
There was something about
Knowing you were protected from the cold,
That kept me warm inside.
