I sit with Xavier as he combs through the maps of new territory that his explorers had discovered.

"It's good to see you back to your normal self, your majesty."

Xavier looks up to spot two of the 3 explorers he had sent out.

"..where is Captain Ingred?"Xavier responds before looking back down at the maps.

"Well, that's what we've come to tell you about. He disobeyed your orders, went to the South and east ports."

Xavier immediately looks up and I see an angry expression on his face.

"He fed that thing?"Xavier says angrily.

"..we haven't heard back from him yet."One of the captains say.

Xavier shakes his head in disappointment.

"Idiot Ingred. Did I not warn him? Did I not say I would take care of that beast on my own accord?"Xavier says, looking at me.

"You did my love."I say.

"Then he is dead because of his own selfish desires."Xavier scoffs.

"Ingred was a friend, and a great captain sir."one of the explorers says.

"Ingred might have been a good captain when my father was alive..but now he's being chomped on by a beast he has been warned about.."Xavier says, signing his signature of approval on both the maps.

"You two on the other hand have exceeded my expectations."he says handing the maps back to them.

I smile as Xavier pics up his wine glass, and I stand as he drinks it down.

I pick up the glass pitcher of wine and pour more into his cup as he sits it down.

"I am grateful for you're approval my king."one of the explorers says before bowing.

"As am I."the other says bowing as well.

Xavier only nods.

"How is the trade going?"Xavier asks, standing.

"Very well. Kofi has made good on his promise."One of them says, causing Xavier to look at me.

"Tatiana, please tell Nadia to summon Kofi.""He says.

I nod and stand, doing a formal curtsy before walking towards the door.

Xavier watches as she leaves and slightly smiles.

"Your queen treats you well, sire."One of the explorers say as he takes a seat.

His eyes slowly move towards him.

"She does, yes."he responds.

"I wish me old lady treated me right. The only thing she does is call me a bastard."The other says, causing the other explorer to laugh.

Tatiana walks down the hall towards Nadia's dwellings.

She stops by the door and knocks first. She waits a bit and then pulls the heavy door open.

She looks inside but does not see Nadia.

"Nadia?"she calls as she walks in to the room.

She notices all the beautiful flowers growing in her room and smiles as she heads towards the washroom.

She pushes open the door, and upon the door opening she gasps as she sees Nadia and Taron on the bathroom floor, passionately making love.

The Queen's eyes widen and she immediately gasps, covering her mouth as she felt she had intruded.

Taron looks back, his familiar scared face flushed as he sees Tatiana.

Then, with a wave of his hand the door slams closed and Tatiana jumps back.

So Taron has powers as well. Interesting.

Suddenly the door opens again, and Nadia steps out in a silk robe.

"I am so sorry your majesty!"she says.

"No no, I'm sorry I shouldn't have intruded."I say as she walks over to me.

"Um, your majesty please, I beg of you don't tell my brother of me and Taron."she says quietly.

"I-i won't i-i..I just assumed you hated him, I've never seen a woman slap a man as viciously as you did."I say quietly to her.

"Xavier would not like to see us together. It is important that you do not tell."she says, her eyes wide.

"Okay, I won't. I promise. Um, Xavier asked me to get you to send for Kofi."I say softly.

"I'll get right on that. And I do apologize again your majesty, I'm so sorry."she says, walking me towards the door.

"It's okay. I won't tell."I say.

She gives me a tight hug before escorting me.out of the room.

"Thank you Tatiana."she says before closing the door.

I chuckle slightly as I begin my trek back towards where Xavier was.
