"Yuliy." I say.

His blood streamed down. He's been shot three times.

"What were you thinking?!" I yell at him.

"I... had...to...end..." He starts.

Oh god. Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. Tears streamed down my face. I grip him. I'm the older brother. I swore to protect him and instead he's going to die. I realize I could bite him. I open my mouth. My fangs drawn. I am for his neck.

"Please...no..." He looks up at me.

I look back at him. I close my mouth. No... he would not want that. I never wanted it. I grip him tighter.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." I whimper.

I hear the others come.

"No..." Dorthea mutters.

I hear the brown-haired girl run up. Her eyes widen. She falls to her knees and tears stream down her face. I grip him. Please. Please don't leave me. He shakily lifts his hand up. He touches my face. But as quickly as it's raised its dropped. I let out a scream. I grip him. No. No. No.

"Yuliy..." Professor Willard says.

Everyone seems to be crying now.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." I cry.

Then I hear a howl. I lift my head up. I see the wolves looking at me. They approach. They turn transparent blue. Their eyes glow like the stars. What the- They surround us. I grip Yuliy. They each let out a howl. Their howl was beautiful. It sounds like the stars dancing. It sounds like the stars twinkling. It sounds like the earth is lifting. I hear them howl, it sounds so sad yet happy.

Then they each fade like fog. What was that about?

"Ughhh." I hear his weak voice.

"Yuliy!" I yell hugging him.

"Ow." He says.

"I'm so glad you're alive!" I yell.

"Me too." He says.
