The family of Rachel Franklin, is very unique and also got their miserable difference. Sarah Francisco (her mom) got married to their father (Vicente Franklin) at the age of 27. Rachel Franklin is the elder between her and her brother (Joshua Franklin) . The main reason why Rachel Franklin (our protagonist) can't fall in love again, is because of the past painful memories of her parents Sarah Franklin and Vicente Franklin. When Sarah Francisco (Sarah Franklin her mom) became pregnant with her brother (Joshua Franklin ) , there was a big misunderstanding about the love between Vicente Franklin and Sarah Franklin, even if they are vampires, they can still feel human feeling about love. The misunderstanding between her parents was about the ex girlfriend of Vicente Franklin (Gina Santiago). Gina Santiago is the aunty to our second protagonist (Williams Santiago). Gina Santiago and Vicente Franklin were child hood friends even when they are from a different clan (vampire and welfwolf) , but one day at February 14th of 1994 , Vicente Franklin propose to Gina Santiago, and kiss her lips. From that day Gina Santiago and Vicente Franklin love was know to the whole world, until something unexpected happened to both clan(vampire and welfwolf wars) and after that war , they were separated from each other, through, Gina Santiago traveling to California for her study. Gina Santiago came in April 27 2009, at that time Rachel Franklin was the age of 6, Gina Santiago did know that Vicente Franklin is now a married man to a beautiful woman (Sarah Francisco) than her ,so she plotted to destroy the beautiful couple marital life,by acting that Vicente Franklin raped her,but our dear sweet protagonist (Sarah Francisco) didn't know the truth about the plot against her innocent husband (Vicente Franklin) and took a strict decision that almost destroy her and Vicente Franklin marriage, because Vicente Franklin didn't show up when Sarah Francisco gave birth to their son(Joshua Franklin) and also he show up in the school of Rachel Franklin for the parents and teachers day.not knowing that Gina Santiago spike Vicente Franklin's drink without him knowing, until the divorce paper was sent from Sarah Francisco to Vicente Franklin, that's when the couple saw that Gina Santiago has already been plotting this from the beginning, Sarah Francisco and Vicente Franklin warns and drove her out of their life and apologize to each other and recognize with each other. But since then Rachel Franklin promise herself that she will never get married.
