Soon after they both relized they were in love Luke asked Ava out on a date and to be his girl friend. She said yes. Saying yes unknowingly, that Luke's group and her group hated each other, she went on with her day until during 5th period. Her 'friends' said if she was dating the enemy, she would be kicked out of the group.
She didn't care. When it comes to true love not much matters. So she was kicked out of the group. Luke, watching that heading to his 5th period class, relized that she needed someone in her life special. Unlike those bratty girls who only became her friend because of the cool hinges she had.
So Luke convinced the guys in his group to let her in to the group. The leader agreed to let her in, as long as she didn't ruin their pride.
