Four years ago...
Astra woke up a bit early, when she saw
her mother, Secretkeeper, sneaking out of the fortress, and going to the tunnel to the rainforest, Astra saw her mother tell Preyhunter "she was gonna go catch a boar for the queen", but Astra easily snuck around Preyhunter and saw her mother frantically looking. Is there really no boar nearby? Astra thought. Astra sneakily followed Secretkeeper, when Secretkeeper finally stopped searching frantically (only about a minute or two later), she found it. She found a boar? Thank moons! Astra thought in relief. But what surprised Astra was it wasn't a boar in Secretkeeper's talons, it was an egg. Mother? Astra said, with sadness in her eyes, what's. . . That? Astra surprised Secretkeeper. Astra? What are you doing here? She asked. You didn't answer my question, who's that? Astra asked again. He- they, are your new little sibling, Secretkeeper said. So why are you seeing them tonight? Astra asked. Today is the day they hatch, Secretkeeper said. Suddenly, the Silver egg began to crack, and out came a small dragonet, and she had a single, silver teardrop scale, on each sides of her eye's. Hello little one, Secretkeeper said. What are you gonna call her? Astra asked. I'm gonna call her "Moonwatcher" Secretkeeper said, then raising little Moonwatcher in the air. Secretkeeper! Yelled a voice. Preyhunter! Secretkeeper said, you need to stay here for your little sister, forever, okay? Astra looked her mother in the eyes, and nodded. I never liked any of the dragonet's in the dormitory anyway, but I'll miss Mightyclaws and Mindreader. . .
