Background: Kotaro Ichiro is the next Kamen Rider Gotchard. He's is the Successor of Houtaro Ichinose. He is a fan of Kamen Rider especially Gotchard. He is living with his sister, brother in law, and nephew after his parents have a trip. Kotaro is love Gotchard and Chemy, he also watch Cardpcaptor Sakura because he watch it when he was a kid, he also like Pokemon, Digimon, Yugioh, and other Anime. Kotaro learn Houtarou being naive as he dislike it but he still like Houtarou save Chemy. He dislike Dark Kings and Glion but he glad they are dead, and hate Tatchan for expose Chemy to public. He decide to buy DX Gotchardriver from Bandai store and head back to his home. Suddenly Steamliner appear and grab Kotaro before land in the New World. He was shock and see Hopper 1 jump and hug Kotaro as he hug him back. Then Kaguya and Houtaro arrive, Houtaro explain that dark entity kidnapped 101 Chemy and send them to another world which worry Kotaro. Kaguya want him to become the next Gotchard and turn DX Gotchardriver into real, Houtarou give him Alchemist Ring to Kotaro as he decide to protect Chemy. Kaguya send him to world of Cardcaptor Sakura to protect Chemy.
