Background: Sora Nagata is the next Kamen Rider Legend aka Houou Kaguya Quartz. He is a rich boy living with his younger sister Hotaru who look like Lumine, his parents died in a plane accident and living with his sister and maid name Noelle who have a crush on Sora. Sora watch Kamen Rider Decade and inspired to become a hero, later he watch Kamen Rider Gotchard and Legend. He love Kamen Rider Legend with golden looks, and like Kaguya meeting Tsukasa in the movie even excited to meet Decade. One day, he and Hotaru and Noelle hang out suddenly a group of Kasshine appeared and decided to took them away until Kamen Rder Legend arrive and saved them before bring them to his mansion. Kaguya explain that his fight against Hundred isn't over, he need them to save the world from Hundred and Sora accept the power, Kaguya give Sora an Legendriver and Chemy Ride Cards before send three of them to world of Cardcaptor Sakura.
