Weeks went on. Gretchen got more tense. It was the day of the talent show. And Regina bugged Gretchen about what side she was supposed to be on.

The performance itself was.. fine. Gretchen messed up the audio but Cady basically saved it.

Aaron went to give Regina a kiss before she stopped him. Ha-

I totally zoned out for a minute or so but then I heard:

"That's so Fetch!" Gretchen said her usual catchphrase before Regina interrupted

"Gretchen, stop trying to make 'fetch' happen. It's not going to happen."

Gretchen was finally at a breaking point and everyone could tell. Regina then looked me up and down.

"Hey y/n, can you come with me to the bathroom? My stomach is a little uneasy." She finally says

"Uh yeah sure. Let's go" I smile.

As soon as we entered together, she pushed me into a stall against the wall and kissed me. "I'm sorry- you look so hot I couldn't wait any longer~"

I giggle a little bit "No problem" We basically just kiss for a few minutes. Getting more and more intense.

"Hey Regina I just wanted to make sure you're-" Gretchen walked in. Thank god we were in a stall.

Regina covered my mouth with her hand.

"I'm fine Gretchen. Just go away!" She says angrily.

"Right. Sorry." We heard the heels walking away.

"Sorry about that, hun~" She goes back to kissing me with great force.

About a few minutes later we walk out, meeting up with the rest of them.

Regina gave a fake sigh of relief. "I'm feeling much better! Well we should probably get going now sooo see ya!" She waves and blows a kiss to us.

About a week would pass by, Cady and I were out shopping by ourselves and she mentioned, "Oh yeah I came up with this brilliant plan." She sounded very proud of herself.

"Hm? Another scheme to get with Aaron I presume?"

"Mhm... I've been failing math on purpose and now Aaron's tutoring me. Don't be surprised if he dumps her ass to be with me" She smirks.

"Ah. I don't know, she reeeeally seems to like him, you know."

"Oh believe me, I think he will. I know just what to say."

One day I went over to Regina's house along with everyone else. She was fake crying I could tell. Once I entered I heard:

"Did he tell you why?" Gretchen asked with sympathy

"Someone told him I was cheating on him.. someone on the baseball team.."

I noticed Gretchen and Cady exchange looks.

"B-baseball team?" Gretchen responded

"You wanna do something fun? Wanna go to Taco bell?" Karen suggested sounding proud of herself.

"I can't go to Taco Bell, I'm on an all carb diet, GOD Karen you're so stupid!" She storms out.

All carb diet? why?

Karen wasn't bothered by Regina. She was discussing how she had 'ESPN' and that her tits could tell the weather.

We all left Regina's house. Walking home since Regina was busy pretending to be sad. I noticed Cady had a face of triumph.

"What'd I tell you?" She said randomly.

"I guess you're right. Still a bitchy thing to do."

"You should be thanking me, sis."

"Who'd you even rat out? I know damn well she's not ch-cheating.."

"Oh come on. Nobody is buying your little 'playing innocent' game. I know you're knocking up Regina when you're 'tutoring' her."

"What you're doing is just as bad, you know? You knew she was dating him and yet here you are."

"Not exactly. I just told him she was hooking up with some girl."

"Who even told you about it...?"

"Gretchen. She heard you guys kissing in the stall a week or so ago."

"Please don't tell anyone. Please? I don't know if Regina feels comfortable with it ye-"

"What is she like, embarrassed to be with you or something?" She scoffs.

I was silent for a little while as we walked home. I get that she was plastic now, but jeez, why was she being such a bitch?

We finally got home after a few minutes of awkward silence. I immediately bolt into my room.

fuck fuck fuck. Gretchen knew. Cady knows now. How long until it spreads? Gretchen doesn't expose Regina's secrets, right? Yet she told Cady... FUCK.

I pull out my phone.

She responded almost immediately.

Reggie: heyy :)

y/n: im a bit worried. yk abt people potentially suspecting something's up.

Reggie: listen, we can always just say they were rumors. Plus maybe i'll eventually get comfortable to come out or whatever. that sounds so gay to say

y/n: lmao I wonder why

Reggie: oh shut up >:(

y/n: oh yeah, why are you on an all carb diet?

Reggie: I wanna lose 3 pounds..? duh.

y/n: hm why?

Reggie: idk

y/n: you're literally so skinny ._.

I put my phone down. Why does she always wanna lose more and more weight... she's so skinny...

Cady was acting really weird lately.

I honestly felt uneasy. I had no appetite for dinner. So I just didn't go down when they called me down. I decided to take a hot bath just to ease myself.

I felt so sick, as soon as I got out I was lightheaded and I wanted to puke, but I couldn't. Fuck.

I really wanted to go to school tomorrow, I wanted to talk to Regina. In person. I flop onto my bed groaning. I decided to tell Regina:

Reggie: Are you okay?

y/n: idk. My stomach hurts so much

There was a pause for about a minute before she texted:

Reggie: Imma pick you up tmr. we're gonna go to my house and Imma take care of you and we can just chill tmr.

As stupid as this sounds, I could feel myself blushing just by looking at the screen.

y/n: really? that sounds fun. you're gonna miss school just for me?

Reggie: ofc hun. I'll be there at 7:30. Get some rest.

Then I just went to bed. Smiling to myself.
