"And you look like a house elf"
In no time at all, Defense Against the Dark Arts had become most people's favourite class. Even Selena enjoyed DADA.
Only Draco Malfoy and his gang of Slytherins had anything bad to say about Professor Lupin.
"Look at the state of his robes," Malfoy would say in a loud whisper as Professor Lupin passed.
"He dresses like our old house elf " but Selena always gave him a befitting reply "And you look like an House Elf" to which everyone laughed at.
But no one else cared that Professor Lupin's robes were patched and frayed. His next few lessons were just as interesting as the first.
After boggarts, they studied Red Caps, nasty little goblin like creatures that lurked wherever there had been bloodshed: in the dungeons of castles and the potholes of deserted battlefields, waiting to bludgeon those who had gotten lost. From Red Caps they moved on to kappas, creepy. water-dwellers that looked like scaly monkeys, with webbed hands itching to strangle unwitting waders in their ponds.
Potions was going bad, because Snape hated James Potter and Remus Lupin and because of that he was in a very bad mood every day.
And he vented his frustration on Poor Neville, because he was bad in potions and also because the boggart incident got out.
Transfiguration was going nicely like always, Selena can say she is better than the whole class even Hermione Granger in Transfiguration because Minnie told her few tips and tricks when she visited. Charms was also going nicely, Little Flitwick always gave them less homework. Herbology was as always the subject Selena lacked in but Neville always helped her.
Astronomy by Professor Sinistra was Selena's favourite class after Transfiguration, of course. Selena loved the night sky a lot, she always went star gazing in the astronomy tower when she was sad. Divination was not better, as whenever Trelawney saw she would comment on Selena getting her father back soon.
Care of Magical Creatures was going nicely, but others didn't like what creatures Hagrid were showing them. As Malfoy nearly escaped from Buckbeak, Albi told Hagrid to show some light creatures for a while so they were studying about Flobberworm which were the most boring creatures in existence.
In Free time, Selena, Zena, Taylor and Theo would joke about as Taylor would call them Selena's Daddy Problem, They would come up with different ideas to trouble Sirius at their next meeting.
One Day, Selena was leaving DADA Classroom with Taylor, Zena and Theo , when Lupin called on her, "Selena can I talk to you?" Selena looked at Taylor, Zena and Theo and nodded at them. They left the classroom but they were waiting outside only. Selena faced Lupin and answered,
"Yes, What would you like to ask or know?" "Sirius-" Lupin was cut off by Selena "I don't wanna talk about him, if there is any other topic you would like to talk about I am all ears" Lupin thought for a second then replied "How's Victoria?" "She is wonderful after leaving-" Selena took a deep breath and continued "She is wonderful, I am wonderful, We are wonderful on our own" She emphasized 'on our own'.
