An: I finished banana fish today and I'm sad af. I made up some headcannons which made me even sadder, so I have to inflict it on ya'll.

☆ After Ash died, Eiji requested that Aslan Jade Callenresse should be written on his grave instead of Ash Lynx.

☆ When the others questioned why, he just replied 'that's how he'd want to be remembered'.

☆ A year after Ash's death, Max and Jessica got remarried. During the wedding Micheal asked his dad where the 'handsome blond man was', adding, 'he was very kind to me too' infront of Eiji.

☆ Ei had to go to the bathroom to compose himself and Max just lied that Ash was busy so he wasn't able to come.
(Yea busy being dead)

☆ When he got back to Japan after Ash's funeral, he lived with his family for a while. Since he and Ash used to always drink coffee together, he'd accidentally make 2 cups of coffee.

☆ When he realised Ash wasn't there he'll give the extra coffee to his little sister silently with puffy eyes.

☆ His sister wouldn't pick up the hint and just used to say 'oh big bro u already forgot I don't drink coffee, eh?'.

☆ So he'd just drink the other cup silently.

☆ The dog you see in garden of light (or wherever else) was actually Ei's support dog.

☆ If Ash was alive, he would've lived with Eiji in Japan and would've become a trauma counsellor for kids who were sexually abused.

☆ Used to wear all of Ash's clothes after his death.

☆ His sister literally wouldn't get the memo and was like, 'oh where did u buy those clothes from?'

☆ He'll just quietly say he got them from a second hand store or it was a friend's.

☆ A year later, Eiji moved back to America and became a really well reputed photographer.

☆ He owned an art gallery and right at the back is the picture of Ash sitting on the windowsill- the biggest picture.

☆ The people who visited his gallery used to ask 'who is that?', and he used to say 'just a friend'.

☆ Ash was the last person Eiji took pictures of. After he died, Eiji never took a picture of anyone else; he moved to taking photos of scenery and stuff.
