Chance tightly held me by his side as we walked out of the sick bay. I held my chest in pain as we limped . I heard a scream from behind me and I slowly turned to see Amy running for me.

She enclosed me in a hug and I quickly returned the favor. She pulled away and held me by my forearms ..

I watched her scan my body. Fire burned in her eyes as it fell upon my bruises .

I hugged her again , to take her mind off it. Chance awkwardly stood there next to us scratching the nape of his neck.

"I'm sorry she hurt you , I'll never ever let her do that again . Wherever you go , I will follow you . "

She whispered agains try ruffled hair. I giggled lightly , causing me to wince in pain.

"I'm just glad you were there." I whispered back. Once I pulled away we Linked arms and chance followed behind us laughing. We walked into the car park where Chance's mother stood. She looked me up and down before bringing me into a hug.

"How are you feeling?" She asked nicely.

"Better." I answered. She nodded and we hopped into the car. Before I did , I gave Amy one last hug and she blew me a kiss as we drove away.

I pretended to catch it and then I brang it close to my heart.

Once we got home , me and Chance climbed into bed and snuggled against eachothers body heat.

He wrapped his arms around my waist , slowly making sure he didn't hurt me. He tugged me closer and whispered against my lips.

"I will never , ever , let you go ."

With that , I drifted off to sleep with him in my head. I know I'm safe as long as I have Amy and Chance.

Nothing can touch me.
