Elastic heart - Escape The Night 3

It started with an Invitation

Joey thought he was going home. He believed he defeated the evil for good this time. But he was wrong. He had died, and his soul had gone to the world between worlds.

Joey found himself at a church, fog circling him as he approached it. He saw a Blonde woman and an Asian man standing just outside the church. "I have a way for you to get back," The woman said as Joey studied her and the man. "but." She says swiftly pulling out a blade. "your friends will need to die" she says handing Joey the blade to sign the contract, biding him to Everlock. "Fail, and be lost among the dead forever" she explained as he finished signing the contract with his blood.

It was up to Joey to save the town of Everlock from the evil raths of the carnival master, he didn't even seem to care that he would be killing his friends to benefit himself.

Ophelia looked at the clock as she had just finished making some new lyrics. She had planned to finish a few more verses but instead was interrupted by a knock on her front door. She opened the door to see a tall gentleman holding a letter. "Are you Ophelia Bennett?" The man asked looking at her with a friendly smile. "Yes I am. Can I help you?" She says with a smile back at him. 

"I have a letter for you, written by Joey Graceffa" As Ophelia heard the name she was shocked. No one had heard from Joey in months and suddenly he was sending her a letter? she had wondered Why he didn't just send her a text instead? She took the letter and thanked the man, going inside to read it.

But as it Turns out Ophelia wasn't the only one who had received a letter from Joey that day.

"My friends, I'm going on an extraordinary adventure, and I'm in need of your help. And so are hundreds of others" Ophelia sat down as she begin to read, "was this a prank?" she said to herself as she continued to read.

"I have a letter for you." Said the Mailman with a smile. Nikita Dragun starred at the mailman in confusion. "Bitch, Where's my burger? I did not order this" 

Manny Mua sat on his bed, reading the letter in confusion as he applied a coat of lip-gloss to his lips. "Oh, Bitch, what?" He said applying another coat as he began to read.

"This is not an invitation to a ball or a dinner party." Roi Fabito read as he brushed his teeth. "Its an Invitation to embark on a dangerous mission!" he spoke, spitting all over his bathroom as his excitement level rose. "OKAY!, that's me!" he said as he continued to spit. 

"It may sound impossible but there's a town trapped in the 1970s! and very soon everyone in it will be dead unless we do something about it" Teala Dunn read it complete shock.

"There's a dark seance that will take us back in time, but for it to work you must choose a personality reminiscent of that era, and dress like them." said Jc Caylen

"Remember nothing from the modern world can come with you." Manny says as he continued to read. "Can I bring my gloss though?"

"The people of Everlock will know their role and their place but you will be operating without knowledge or understanding of what's to come." Safiya Nygaard read, intrigued but also confused by the letter.

"This Friday the 13th the doorway to Everlock..." Roi Read as he began to get distracted from brushing his teeth. "....will be open, and we will only have that one night.." 

"...To complete our mission. -Joey" Rosanna Pansino said  "Don't worry, Joey. I'm on the way." she said as she put a fist to the air.

Ophelia looked at the letter in shock, She had so many questions. Was this even real? Is Joey okay? She flipped to the back of the letter where she saw her role. "THE SONG WRITER"

Ophelia put her letter down and got off her couch and walked into her room, as she went to find an outfit her phone buzzed on her bed, it was her friend Rosanna Pansino, she wondered if she had gotten a letter as well.

"Hey Fi, I was just calling to ask if you got a weird letter today?" Ro  said, her voice sounding raspy through the phone. "Hey, yeah I did I was gonna ask you if you got one" Ophelia said, trying to hold her phone while rummaging through her closet. "do you need a ride I'm picking up someone else on the way to where Joey said to go" she asked. Ophelia accepted the offer and they both agreed on 5:30.

When Ophelia got off the phone she decided to pick her oufit. After rushing around for 2 hours throwing clothes around, making a mess and laying on the floor scrolling on instagram, she finally pick the perfect outfit. (outfit at the top you can just imagine something else if you like)

At 5:30 she said goodbye to her cat and got her keys, then her phone buzzed again. 

Ro :  I'm here? ready to go help Joey?

Fee: yeah I'm Ready.

Ophelia then put on her shoes and headed for the door.

 if only she could turn back time and never get in his car that night, she wished she could just stop herself from ever entering the town of Everlock
