After the passion had subsided and reality crept back in there were no regrets, Champ didn't do regrets and neither did Liam, they'd had fun and both knew that's all it was but that didn't stop Liam asking if he could stay in his room with him until he left to fly back to the UK in a few day's time.
Champ had agreed, Liam had given him a taste of something he had never experienced before and he wanted more, even so there were no labels in their coupling, both were equal.
After showering Champ dried himself off and dressed to go and meet Kan, Andy and Ian at the bar for their daily meet up, it had become a regular thing to meet for lunch and synchronize their plans.
Champ felt a bit awkward though, he didn't know what he was supposed to do before leaving the room, was he supposed to kiss Liam and say "bye honey, I'll see you later?"
His previous gay experiences had been one night stands where they were both drunk and he'd just left in the early hours but he wasn't gay and neither was Liam as far as he knew, they both just enjoyed sex and were happy to explore new horizons, in the end he opted for just acting normal.
"I'm off to meet my friends then" Champ said.
"ok and I'll go and get my bag from Phikhuam's cottage" Liam had said.
Champ went down to the beach bar and found Kan and Andy waiting, Ian was on his way,
"hi guys, what a night eh?"
"I'm still pissed off with Kiri" Kan admitted.
"me too with Lon, don't they trust us to reject anyone who comes on to us?" Andy said.
"this is why I don't do relationships, it's a load of cobblers this 'I trust you but it's everyone else' the truth is they are jealous and possessive and you guys need to ask yourselves if you love them enough to put up with it" Champ said ever the voice of wisdom.
"that's heavy mate" Kan said.
Champ shrugged and Ian arrived and pulled up a chair,
"hey guys, what a night last night" Ian said.
"yeah, we were just talking about it and about tolerating their jealous behaviour" Kan replied.
"how did you get on with that Liam?" Kan asked Champ,
"I thought he was a pain in the ass at first but he's not too bad" Champ replied then questioned his choice of words.
Yes, there had been a little pain but the pleasure had far outweighed the discomfort and he was glad he had experienced it.
A hand suddenly fell on his shoulder and looking up he saw the singer called Nut,
"hey Nut, what are you doing here, do you have another gig?" Champ asked him, the other three looking curiously at the pair.
"no, I came to find you actually, you kind of disappeared last night so I wondered if you were ok and if you'd got home safely, I couldn't call you because I don't have your number so ... "
Champ knew he was digging but he wouldn't fall for it, Nut was a good looking guy but even though he was a flirt, he didn't see more than one person at a time.
"yeah, I got back safe mate, thank you for being considerate, we had to leave unexpectedly" Champ said.
Back in Champs room, Liam rummaged through Champs bag for something clean to wear just until he got his own stuff, he found a pair of flowery shorts and a vest top, not really his style but needs must.
He found a pair of shades and some sandals and luckily the sandals fit. He'd forgotten to ask about a key to get back into the room but he'd worry about that later, right now he had to get through the hotel without being recognized.
