My bf of 5 years broke up with me today i feel like crying but at the same time I feel numb and out of place I think I'm going to cry but anyways let me get you up to pach it's almost December and and 20 something days until my birthday I'm mess I've slipped back into my depression but this time it feels worse I'm in constant de-stress and dark places.
