Short chapter, sorry.

It was night, and Luffy was looking around the mansion, so was Zoro. They didn't notice each other until they quite literally ran into each other. "Hey! Zoro!" Luffy said loudly, causing Zoro to shush him.

"Sh! Shut up." The two started to walk.

"You always carry those swords with you?" Luffy asked.

"Wherever I go, the Wado Ichimonji goes."

"Wado what?" The two males jumped in surprise, and turned to see Leia sleepily walking over to them.

"Leia? Whatcha doing awake?" Luffy questioned her.

"I couldn't sleep." She told him.

"Again?" Zoro asked. She nodded. She walked over to Zoro, and grabbed onto his arm.

"Zoe. '' She whined, making Zoro surprised by the nickname. "I'm sooooo tired." Zoro sighed, and gave her a little pat on the head.

"Let me find what I'm looking for, then I'll let you snuggle me so you can sleep." Her eyes lit up, and she hugged his arm to her chest.

"Thank youuuuu." Luffy smiled at the two.

"Where are you going anyways?" Luffy asked Zoro.

"I'm looking for a drink. This place is a maze." Leia sleepily giggled.

"Or you're bad with directions~" She teased, making him huff in annoyance. "Don't worry Zoe, I am too. Not as bad as you though~"

"How about you?" Zoro asked Luffy, trying to switch the topic towards him.

"Midnight snack."

"Of course." Zoro and Leia commented in sync, making Leia giggle again.

"Come on. We'll follow my nose to the kitchen." Luffy started to walk off, and Zoro followed him, his arm around Leia's waist as to make sure she was stabilized. She was stumbling a bit from tiredness after all.

Usopp shot something into one of the pans, his aim quite well. "Couldn't sleep either, huh?" Luffy asked, catching Usopp's attention. Usopp chuckled.

"Not after that dinner." Luffy climbed down to where Usopp is.

"I hope I didn't get you in trouble with Kaya. Sometimes I get carried away." Leia giggled.

"Sometimes?" Luffy shot her a playful glare, making her giggle again, and lean onto Zoro some more. Zoro just held her by the waist tighter.

"Oh, no. It was worth it. Seeing that look on Klahadore's face." Zoro and Leia walked down to where the other two were, Zoro looking around the cabinets though. "I thought his head was gonna explode." Usopp paused, then spoke up again. "All that stuff you said true? About the clown and the ax-hand guy?" Luffy nodded, already munching on something.

"Mhm. Every word. I mean, they're not as exciting as your adventures."

"Yeah. And the One Piece, are you really going after that?"

"Yep. I'm going to be the one to find it too." Zoro led Leia to the chairs, and he made sure she sat down, before sitting down next to her.

"Man. I wish I could do that. But... I can't leave. Kaya needs me."

"Is she your girlfriend or something?" Zoro asked.

"What?" Leia half listened to them all talk, and as Usopp mentioned her parents death.

"Losing your parents is really hard. It takes a great amount of strength to keep going." The three males looked at Leia.

"Do you speak from experience?" Usopp asked, concerned.

"Yep. Lost my dad at age twelve, lost my mom when I had just turned eighteen. Been two years since I lost her." The males stared at her in worry.

"You okay?" Usopp questioned. Leia shrugged.

"Well, depression doesn't do you any good." She half-joked. She then realized their stares, and spoke again. "I'm fine though, promise. Go back to what you were talking about." They gave her a 'we'll talk about this later look', then went back to their conversation.

"She's gorgeous, and she's super smart. She has the best laugh. But, I mean, you don't think she, like, like likes me, do you?" Leia was only half paying attention to the conversation. Zoro had gotten up to look through the cabinets some more, so she was leaning against Luffy, her head on his shoulders.

"You're asking the wrong guy." Zoro said.

"Okay. But if you were Kaya, would you like me?"

"I already like you!" Usopp looked at Luffy.

"Okay, that's not what I... I... Nevermind." Usopp used his slingshot and shot into the pan again.

"Wow. You're a great shot!" Luffy smiled at Usopp.

"Got it from my dad. He's a notorious pirate. I don't really remember him that well, 'cause he left for a life at sea when I was just a baby, but he'll be back one day." Usopp shot the pan again. "Yassop the great!"

"Yassop? He's your dad?" Luffy got up, making Leia have to remove her head off his shoulder. She whined cause she lost her pillow.

"Yeah. Why? You heard of him?"

"Heard of him? I know him! I..." Luffy chuckled. "He's a part of Shanks' crew!"

"Wait. You know my dad?"

"Yeah, yeah, I do! He's the best. Always made time for some pirate wisdom."

"So you guys, like, hung out?"

"Yeah!"

"That's... cool."

"If you guys are gonna talk about feelings, I'm really gonna need a drink." Zoro told them, walking over to Leia. Leia got up, stumbling a bit, and hugged Zoro by the arm. He wrapped his arm around her waist again.

"Uh, there's a wine cellar in the basement."

"Why didn't you tell me that before?" Zoro made sure Leia was standing up right, before he started to walk off, following Usopp. He made sure she carefully stepped up the stairs of the kitchen, so she didn't trip or fall. "You coming?" Zoro asked Luffy.

"Nope." Luffy eyed Kaya's special soup. "Got everything I need right here."

Usopp led Zoro and Leia to the basement, and Zoro held onto Leia tightly as they went down the stairs. Zoro sighed when he saw the wine cellar. "Now we're talking." Leia let go of Zoro, and promptly flopped onto the floor criss-cross-applesauce. Zoro smiled slightly at her. Zoro and Usopp looked around.

"Hey, I'm pretty sure they keep the good stuff over here-" Usopp then tripped over something, or someone. "Oh! Zoro. Zoro?" Usopp said, freaked out. "It's Mer- It's Merry. He's..." Zoro turned around and froze, and Leia fully woke up now, also freezing. "He's dea-" Usopp started panting, and Zoro walked over. Leia was still frozen. Zoro checked the wound.

"Five blades. I think I've seen this before."

"Well, well, well." Leia quickly turned her head to Klahadore, who stood right behind her. "It appears we have some rats in our cellar." Klahadore pointed his gloved, five-bladed, hand at Usopp. Usopp quickly got up, while Zoro slowly got up. Leia stayed frozen, seeing as Klahadore was right behind her, and could slash her any second.

"Those blades. I knew I'd seen your face somewhere." Zoro walked closer. "On a wanted poster. You're Kuro. Captain of the Black Cat Pirates."

"Wait, Klahadores a pirate?" Usopp asked.

"A dead one. They say you were killed by Ax-hand Morgan."

"A clever ruse. One that imbelice's ego helped me perpetuate. And as you'll soon learn, no one interferes in my plans." Zoro pulled out one of his swords.

"So I will collect a bounty tonight." Leia quickly moved out of the way, and Zoro took that opportunity to swing his sword at Kuro, only to be blocked, and for Kuro to move away, seemingly at the speed of light. Kuro appeared on the opposite side of the room. Zoro pulled out another sword, and started to walk towards him when the female maid smashed a bottle on his head, knocking him out.

"Zoro!" Leia yelled, and she quickly ran towards him. She managed to catch him before he hit the ground. She carefully lowered him to the ground, and glared at Kuro and the maid. She rushed towards the female maid, aiming a punch at her face. The butler blocked it with her hands, but yelped as she went flying backwards from the force of the punch.

"Ow! You bitch! Your punches are really strong!" The female maid yelled at Leia. Leia was about to punch her again, but Kuro came up to her from behind and went to stab her in the chest with his five-bladed hand, but she moved away just barely in time. However her timing was slightly off, and one of the blades made a gash in her side. Leia gasped, and quickly held her hand over the wound.

"You know, it's too bad you're in the way of my plans. You're too beautiful to be killed, I was hoping to keep you." Kuro said, making Leia hiss at him.

"Fuck off, bastard." Kuro sighed.

"Oh well then." Before she could react, Buchi knocked her out from behind. She crumbled to the ground, unconscious, landing next to Zoro as he side slightly bled out. Usopp was then chased out, despite his worry for Zoro and Leia.

"Dispose of the bodies. Outside of the house this time." Kuro told his men. "No trace left behind."

"What about Usopp? He got away?"

"No matter."

"But he could ruin the plan."

"Let him say whatever he wants. No one will believe him anyway."
