Detective John Little inspects Mike and Jason's house
Doctor Carnes goes to visit Jason in the interrogation room
Specialist Barkley finds out more about the "break up" note and pearls

Jason talks to Jason

Later that afternoon, Detective Little drives to Mike's house. Little picks the lock of the front door and lets himself in the house. Mike's house had the same setup as Jason and Lily's house. It had two bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. Little started his first search in the living room; he looked under the couch cushions, the couch itself, under the dining tables, behind the TV stand, and in the half bathroom. Unfortunately, he did not find anything relevant.
"Nothing was trashed here. Interesting", Little said to himself.
The next place he searched was the kitchen. Once Little walked inside the kitchen, he saw that the back door in the kitchen was cracked open; he paused in his tracks and checked for clues. He walked towards the door and saw that the door knob on the outside was broken off; he saw the rock that was used to break the door knob off. He, then, grabbed the rock that was lying outside 10 feet from the house and put it in one of the many Ziploc bags he carries with him. He walked back to the front door, but before he stepped into the house his peripherals caught a glimpse of something in Mike's yard; a section of the yard was not covered with grass. Little's eyes widen and he shouted, "No fucking way!" He took pictures of the door in the kitchen that led to the backyard and the backyard, including the section that was not covered with grass.
Little goes back into the house and searches the bedrooms upstairs. He sees that Austin was living with his brother because the guest bedroom is being inhabited. Both rooms were clean and the beds were made, but in Mike's room, his trashcan was tipped over and he saw a nude picture of Lily and Mike together in Jason's house. He put the photo in a Ziploc bag, and he took a picture of the trash can. Little searched Mike's dresser drawers and in the last drawer, he found a note and it was written in cursive writing. The note said: "My love, our time together has been unbelievably romantic. I think I am going to end it with him. My time with you has helped me realize that I want and love you. I will contact you when it is done. From your beloved- XOXOXO." Little took the note and placed it into a Ziploc bag for Dr. Barkley to examine it. After the search in Mike's house was over, the detective drives to Jason's house next. Little manages to pick the lock of Jason's front door and once he enters his house he begins his search.

(Switches over to the police station)

Doctor Carnes is in the Examination room with Doctor Barkley.
"I'm going to go to the bathroom."
"Barkley states, "Sure you are", as he winks at her.
Carnes walks towards the interrogation room where they are keeping Mike. She asked the guard if she could ask him a few questions about the case. The guard told her yes, but she had 15 minutes and that she was only allowed to speak to Mike and not Jason. The Doctor understood and the guard let her in. Mike looked up and saw the beautiful Doctor.
"Well hello, Miss....?"
"Doctor Carnes; you'll address me as such."
"Sorry, Doctor. What can I do for you?"
"I need you to start a commotion so the guard watching over Jason and the guard watching you leave their post so I can go in that room to talk with him. Does that make sense?"
"Why should I help you? What is in it for me?"
"How about you not being committed for murder?"
"I did not kill..."
"How many people do you think will believe you?"
Mike sighed, shook his head, and agreed, "Fine, I'll do it. How much commotion time do you need?"
"When you see me walk past your room that is when you can cease the commotion. Okay?"
A few moments later the Doctor was screaming for the guards and the guard outside Mike's door and Jason's door ran into the room where Mike was kept and saw that Mike had the Doctor by the wrist and yanked her on the table. One of the guards pulled out his baton and smacked Mike in the back with it and that forced him to let Carnes go. Once Carnes was able to get back from all the commotion, Mike continued to resist the guards by trying to fight them and he made eye contact with Carnes and that was her cue to leave. Carnes ran out of Mike's room and quickly entered the room where Jason was. Jason and Carnes make eye contact with each other.
"Jason, my name is..."
"OH MY GOSH! Lily, I am so happy to see you! We've been looking everywhere for you!"
Jason starts to tear up.
"No, Jason. My name is Katy Carnes; I am a Psychiatrist. I have some questions for you about your other personality."
"Lily, the policeman has told me that you and Mike were having an affair. Is it true? Please, tell me it isn't true.
Carnes realized that the only way she could talk to the other Jason was to force him out, so....
"Yeah, Jason, Mike and I are having an affair. We were having an affair before and during our marriage."
"But, my love, I love..."
"I was not satisfied with what you were giving me, so I found someone who could satisfy me and do a whole lot more to me, with me, and for me. You could not handle ALL of this, so can you honestly blame me for cheating?"
Jason sat looking at Carnes' eyes and started yelling.
"You manipulative bitch! I gave you fucking everything and more than you fucking deserved! I never would have hurt you the way you have hurt me! I might not have killed you, but I fucking wish...."
Jason stops yelling abruptly and he just sits there and stares at the Doctor. Carnes says his name, but he doesn't respond. Jason stares off into space and he finally comes back to reality. Carnes gets inches away from Jason's face before she realizes that he is not staring off into space anymore. Jason jerks his head forward and headbutts Carnes in the forehead causing her to fall on the ground clutching her bleeding forehead.
"Aye you, Doctor Bitch, the next time you try to force me out by getting Jason to flip out, I'll do worse to you than make your frontal lobe bleed. I'll talk when I am ready to talk."
Carnes saw such ferocity and bloodlust in Jason's eyes, but after he shut down, his eyes seemed empty. Carnes picked herself up and wiped her forehead with a piece of cloth, so the guards would not see the blood. She peeked through the closed blinds to see if the guards were still dealing with Mike, fortunately, they were. She gave Jason a final look before leaving the room and quickly walked past Mike and the guards trying to restrain him; Mike saw the Doctor and he suddenly stopped resisting. The guards handcuffed both Mike's hands.
"Stay there and shut the hell up! One of the guards said and the other said, "If you move a muscle, we'll be back in here to finish what we started! You crazy, deranged motherfucker"
The guards walked out of the room and one checked on Jason and noticed the chair was tipped over, but he thought nothing of it.
As Carnes is walking back to the examination room to check on Barkley, she is thinking, "I know for a fact he is fucking faking, but I don't know how to prove it.... yet."
