The reason Caedus wins this is because hes smart enough to know how to play off of Anakin's mental and emotional instability, and use it against him in battle. I also say he takes battle intelligence because Anakin was unstable and so focused only on winning that hair often simply came down to who was the more skilled duelist, and ( as far as I've seen, ) Darth Caedus was skilled in all 7 forms of lightsaber combat to a decent degree.
