1) make playlists - themes include a colour, emotion or one of your friends and others!!
2) read - not a sad book, but a book you've already read that you love.
3) listen to music - it can be your favourite songs or something completely new! (I can give reccomendations) headphones will usually provide a much nicer experience, i find.
4) talk to someone - not necessarily about your feelings! it can be about a show you like, your favourite band, planning a day out, etc..
5) look at ship dynamics - it seems random, but just google "ship dynamics" or search it on pinterest as it can be very relaxing to look through and fun too! you can match it up to irl couples you know or your ships from your fandoms!
